If Rubio and Williams start the second half of the season I could see Rubio winning ROTY.

Irving is going to be playing on dead legs in the second half of the season. He has not even completed a full year of college yet. He will have to get used to the grind and Rubio will get the media attention.

Rubio the Horrible having a above average game vs Jon Wol & Crawford in the tale of two idiots on abound island: 0-7.

Well said; Dark FaZe. The media will give Rubio the ROTY award. Your talk on Irving's legs feeling stump by mid season is bogus though. Lets not forget that he has the best mentor in the game in Byron Scott. Also, a what-should-be-starting-guard off the bench; Sessions to back him.

Rubio is 2 years older then Irving. Can't imagine how much deodorant Rubio uses, fucking eurotrash.

Ok dude I think you are a pretty okay poster but seriously stop with the eurotrash shit.

it's not funny and it's kinda offensive and lame.

You are better than that, man.

He wasn't, might as well have been though considering how far away he was

Well, if number 1 pick superstar John Wall can be kept to his current shooting percentage, Id daresay he can defend dat Wall

The precision of Rubio's passes is just ridiculous.

21 years old.

Thank goodness God we found someone to keep the dying breed of pure points from going completely extinct in the NBA.

Once Williams gets full control of that 3, look out.

I like that kid a lot.

Nothing but upside in his future.

See much more upside in Tristan Thompson then Williams. Overall better defender who can develop into a true power forward. Doesn't have to rely on the outside jumper. I'm not convinced that Williams can play alongside Love at the 3. If anything, it looks like Williams took cliff notes from Jamison or Lamar in how they/he get their points.

Watch Williams fade off into oblivion like Brandon Roy's knees.

I've played players like Rubio the Horrible. Always prancing around, trying to be clever. You manhandle them in the post, lots of elbows, constantly have a hand on them, punish them down the lanes and you can mentally and physically drain them.

Staggering that players like Anthony Parker at such a age can still perform better defense then young bucks like Rubio.

That was an idiotic play. He certainly could have just snatched it out the air and started a break.

Instead it goes out bounds, Wolves ball. Cut to Kevin Love drilling a mid range jumper. 4 point swing right there.
To watch Wizards basketball you have to only remember it as a series of moments or highlights and not look at the big picture.

Aw, shit.

Some loud booing going on in DC right now. :(

Edit: And then the Wiz make a great hustle block on D followed by a hustle offensive board and an "and 1" on O. :O

That's what I mean when I say Rubio the Horrible seems like he's benefiting from smoke and mirrors. Let's see if his ballet basketball stuff still works when he meets some resistance.

I did not think you could sound anymore bitter.

Keep fighting the good fight, brah!

Young buck has been holding his own against Wall. How many post up manhandling PG are there in the league? The Horrible looks like he's gonna be a star to me.

lol

Hes been playing against 30 year olds in Europe since he was 14, those leagues are way, WAY more physical than the NBA. In Europe you get hacked and elbowed like crazy.

At 14 it didnt drain him in the slightest, as a matter of fact he thrived in that environment. In the NBA where hes actually going to get protected by the change of rules that imaginary situation where hes gonna get manhandled in the post (by whom btw? How many PG's play the post?) is just not gonna happen to the degree you describe, not even close.

Keep going with your delusional, hate filled parade though, its entertaining.

Like who, Westbrook? Been there, done that. Gimme names.

Word. Not too many PGs play hardnosed defense these days anyway. Rubio's game will be perfectly fine most nights and he'll get foul calls otherwise, see Chris Paul/Steve Nash as examples.

Lol @ you guys jizzing about rubio doing above average against a team who hasnt won a game yet. You guys dont understand, once he goes up against good teams, this wont happen.

I was thinking of players that aren't above playing a little "hard-nosed defense" and handing out some "good hard playoff fouls."

KG's passionate screens and barking on all fours will show Rubio a thing or two!

He's shown the exact same promise against the Thunder, Heat, Mavericks, Spurs, and Grizzlies.

Please stop posting.

Chemistry just isnt there. I think they gotta trade Young and Dray A.S.A.P.
They should trade Young because they might be able to fetch some good stuff for him. He has no value to the Wiz because he just gets swarmed and doubled every time he touches the ball here and we can't punish them for it. They should trade Blatche because he's a cancer, but they likely won't find trade partners for him so he's effectively untradeable.

Like Miami, OKC and San Antonio? Minny almost won two of those (6 pt difference total) and blew out SA. Not his fault you didnt watch those games.
