Tyreke down and grasping at his ankle. FML

Yup. He's done. Can't put any weight on it. On the replay it looked more like a tweak rather than a severe sprain so hopefully he's back in a week or two.

Edit: DMC says he should be back in the second half? Meh, I'd rather him sit and let it heal.

It's gonna be funny when he comes in during the 4th quarter and gets a double-double and shuts all of you up. :(

We seriously need to stops switching on every screen.

What difference would it make? The point of taking someone out to prevent him from fouling out is to make sure he gets his normal minutes.

Dwight can't do that. If they left him in and got a double double earlier, how is it any different?

Fouling out means you're not playing. being benched has the same effect.

You're right, I guess you should just let him foul out in the first half.

Nah, I'd just leave him out there and maximize his minutes instead of assuming that a couple of random fouls will predict the rate at which he accrues fouls for the rest of the game. Yeah, I'll let the other team play against my team without my best player for 30 minutes. Or I could just leave my best player out there and maximize his minutes whatever they may be and it will certainly be less than 30 minutes.

Jdez, BEST-GAF wont be expecting the Aaron Craft in a few years.

Aaron Craft is basically a stronger, faster, defensive first, better passer version of Rubio. Played aganist far better competition in the Big 10/NCAA tournament. He just doesn't get media hyped up Laura Dern's ugly bumhole like the eurotrash has had for... oh I dunno, last 4 years.

Craft:

Rubio the Horrible:

I like Craft, but he is no where near as good as Rubio. He's not much of an offensive player and a decent passer at best. Where he will make his living in the league is on the defensive end.

The game changes from quarter to quarter.

Coming out and getting a double-double in the 4th is a hell of a lot more effective at leading your team to a win and establishing momentum than in the 1st.

Also, fuck you J.J. Hickson.

i'm fine with the benching int he 1st, to an extent. But by the 3rd quarter, it's just dumb.

Well, it's either to put him in with ~4 min left in the 3rd, or you play him the entire 4th. Of course you can do both, but he has a lot more chance of fouling out the sooner you put him back in the game.

Nice illegal screens, Dwight.

What's the difference between 4 minutes in the 3rd + 8 in the 4th or 12 in the 4th?

Benching has the same effect as fouling out. Yeah, if you played 25 min and got your 4th, sure you can pull him. But at such low minutes like in this game, you're just killing yourself for no reason.

Kings would take it to Dwight every possession, keeping him in early is high risk high reward that doesnt make sense against a team like the kings. (they're not great).

Those are actually a lot more complementary than the other Wizard related Photoshops that guy put up

Coldblooded.

And Wall needs to learn how to play basketball the proper way. Or the Wiz needs to get a pg and move Wall to the 2. Right now Wall doesn't have a position IMO. So move him to the 2 where he doesn't have to worry about running a team. Because as dumb as the wiz players are Wall makes things worse with his dumb ass play and off hours , YMCA level jumper.

Wall playing SG would make spacing on the Wizards even worse than it is already. Needs to learn how to play offball or shoot before he could play SG. And he's really weak so a bunch of guys would take it to him in the post. SG might be Wall's future position though.

Just had the image of him being the next Barbosa then laughed

Uhh... wall would make an utterly terrible SG.

He's either a PG, or on the bench.

Well, barbosa could play off the ball, and shoot.

So they're not really alike at all :P

Yeah, he can't shoot for one. And on top of that, he's too dumb to actually take advantage of his speed off-ball. He'll never be a true bust, but its finally becoming apparent (to everyone) how far he has to go.

Edit: yeah giri, i tried to see it in my head then a train just rolled through like inception - it'll never happen

Yeah if Wall moved to SG, all the things hes bad at would get exposed a whole lot more.

Didnt he have like a 25 point, 13 assist, 9 steals game last year? If he can focus on the stuff he needs to improve and get his shot up to standards I dont see why he wouldnt dominate. Really young kid whos in a really, really bad team situation.

If you swap him for Westbrook today, I think he would do really well in OKC.
