I'm sorry Goldy, but there's no way it would have worked out between you two kids in the end.
He couldn't cheat as much as he wanted to in the B1G without going to Ohio State.
Perfectly understandable.

Yea, I enjoyed my time at the top. Thanks for coming to the B1G Urban Meyer, you fucking twat

But really, though, I can't be too upset. Dantonio has been tremendous for the Spartans program. I hope he is the second coming of Duffy!

Just noticed my new tag and am wondering who misinterpreted my argument about how teams with the better record should have home-field advantage.

I've got a lot of respect for what Dantonio and the Spartans have managed to do these last few years, and that's coming from a Michigan grad. But...it probably is over. Urban's already been getting favoritism from the top of the conference and I've got a really bad feeling about how all of this works out.

If that's the case, the Lions had better pick their shit up and become serious contenders, I'm tired of being mostly miserable come football season the three years before this one.

Can't believe I forgot Glenn Dorsey and HoFlynn. I still don't even know who the fuck Kyle Williams is, but thanks LJ.

Are you trolling LJ or being completely serious?

We both know how it'll work out bro

I'm still wearing my Broncos socks I wore yesterday during the Steelers game. I'm considering not taking them off until after Saturday night - and possibly longer if the Broncos win against the Patriots (which I don't think is unreasonable - because if you look past the poor coaching decisions at the end of the first half and a few key turn overs, the Broncos were running all over the Patriots a few weeks ago). I wonder how long until my wife refuses to sit by me if I continue to do this. :P

I am going to get a Tebow tattoo on my face if the Bronocs beat the Pats.

Already the fucking evil Pats are trying to pull a Tampa Bay with their hiring of McDaniels to come in and provide some weaknesses on Tebow and the Broncos. Typical bush-league shit from New England, can't expect any more from them. The one good thing in this matchup is that Belicheat, McDaniels and the entire New England region will be unfamiliar with Tebow's playbook (the Bible) and won't be able to get put to speed on it in time for the game so that gives Tebow the advantage.

I hope Denver keeps their balls and continues to throw deep on New England. Von Miller needs to bring the pain and hit Lady early to throw him off his game.

Tebow will then have his toughest task of going into Baltimore to stop the Ravens from going to the Superbowl. I have a bad feeling that Rice and co. might carry Lewis and Flacco to a Superbowl. It is bad enough seeing Aaron Rodgers shitty insurance commercials during every game, but I don't know what the fuck I will do if Flacco starts getting national ads...

I love how in 20 honey badgers people are going to look at the honey badger on honey badger and not really know the nature of the honey badger.
I want to end something after watching that game.

I don't know what I was expecting after watching the first game, but damn.

By next saturday those socks are going to stink as much as Tebows passing.

Just kidding. Tebows passing will still stink more.

You're sorely mistaken. Being from Massachusetts myself people are still all too familiar with the Bible. Fucking puritanical nonsense!

Does it bother you that Kraft's money goes further than the Rooneys'? After all they've done for the league, shouldn't the refs have found some phantom holding on that OT TD? And now this crap with McDaniels to New England? Really disrespectful of Goodell to let the Patriots cheat more than the Steelers

The Steelers were the foremost force of righteousness in this league until this season when the Tebows took over. I am not even a little mad. One cannot go against the will of God. I just wish Tebow had spared our running back coach. I thought that was going too far.

The guy earlier who made that joke is a turd. So, if it's Patriots-Ravens, who do you want to win?

Late, but the OT this week is fucking amazing. Great job, eznark.

As much as I doubt the Donkeys stand a chance agaisnt the Pats, I want them to win so the Tebow train keeps rolling. Teeeeeeeeboooowwwwww.

This post is the perfect lead into this picture. Sneaky.

Man, sometimes I question Buddy Nix and the direction of the Bills. He's done some good but reached for a few players who projected well in the 3-4 during his first draft. Now it seems they're going 4-3, and they passed up on some good talent that fit a 40 front. Second draft seems pretty good, too early though.

The thing is, every year he gives his year end speech and he's more entertaining than the team. So even if he fucking destroys this team further, he's good for a few laughs.

Edit: I'm three minutes in and to paraphrase, at least Stevie Johnson isnt robbing a store or whipping his wife.....hahahaha

Keep wearing those socks brother!

We're going to send Darth Belichick back to the dark depths of hell this Saturday!

Ah, it's true, there is a BillsGAF. I wanted to ask you what the chances are that you'll resign Bell? I read that you guys have so many players to resign that you might not keep him.

Wait, is the "each team gets a possesion in over time" rule, only during the playoffs? I thought it was for every game. Why wouldn't it be anyway?

he's going to be even better next year for sure

yes! to think of all the wasted playing time braylon edwards got in place of KW. one thing i will say though is that we need to draft a big bodied WR at some point in the draft. i love crabcakes, KW and morgan but none of them are particularly tall. i think this is part of our issue in the redzone. we don't have that big target we can throw it up to. braylon SHOULD have been that guy but just an unfortunate injury.

i also expect us to lose either dashon goldson or carlos rogers. whatever the reason (scheme or playing for a big contract) these guys just fucking blew up and i doubt we can afford them both. i'm not 100% sold on goldson because at times he takes bad angles but no FS in the league is perfect. he has 6 picks and has caused a few FF.... can't hate on him too much. wish we could keep them both :(

Next year it'll happen, I would think.

Apparently they wanted to introduce the new rules during the biggest and most watched games of the year.

ugh, why does sudden death OT need to be changed? everything about sudden death OT is what we love about football. every game means something, every play means something and if you have ONE fuckup, you could be done in OT. you have 60 minutes to put your opponent away and if you aren't good enough then you deal with the consequences.

it's just like the NFL playoffs in general. you get one game, one shot. none of this baseball/basketball shit where you play a billion games, you get 7 games series, you get timed OT or extra innings where you both get plenty of shots.

We are the leagues beast farm team, so yeah there's a good chance we don't resign Bell, which would be a shame.

Contrary to what most morons believe, our OL has made big strides the last two years, no player has improved more than Bell, maybe Levitre but Bell was starting from the bottom. Somehow they have to find a way to resign 4 of them, Urbik played damn good football and is up in a year, so is Leviitre, and the following year Wood.

They have to pay Stevie this year, Fred Jackson next year, and Byrd as well. Can't pay everyone.

Bell didn't have much football experience coming out of college, think he only had 5 or so years total experience. He was brutal his first year, improved the second, and played very well when he was actually healthy this year.

What most fans didn't know is that he had micro fracture surgery after year 1. He didn't miss a single game in year 2, never practiced but laced up every Sunday. Guy was in tremendous pain, never complained, showed up and left it on the field. No one knew a damn thing. Was hurt multiple time this year, and couldn't play through it. When he was healthy he was good.

Hard working guy, team first, nothing is given every thing is earned. If he stays healthy he may be a good one. All he needs is a bit of luck, but he hasn't had much of that in his life, hopefully things change.

You know what I love about football? Football. Add an extra 10 minute period for OT, whoever is winning wins...no need to change the rules for OT.

You're just biased because the only guy who scores points on your team is the kicker. No FG autowin is horrible for the Niners this year!
