To each their own because I feel Bjork is the definition of Coyote Ugly.... So ugly that if you woke up from a drunken stupor to find her sleeping next to you, you'd chew off your own arm to avoid waking her up while you get away.

How would chewing off my arm be any less effective in that situation as, I dunno, slipping out of bed with both arms intact? Did she handcuff you to the bed?

REALLY?!

C'mon... she's not too great looking these days, sure, but still. Though I have seen your wife, and I would probably chose her over bjork, so your opinion makes sense. REGARDLESS! bjork has some beauty.[/QUOTE]

I'll give you cute. But thats about as far as I can go... and its cute as in the same way when you see someone else's baby for the first time, you think the damn thing looks like Woodrow Wilson but you say to the parents "Oh, isn't she precious"

And thanks about my wife... I'm quite partial to her. Ugly guys gotta hold on tight to ones that we [s]bludgeoned[/s] coerced into staying.

How many people here have problems with sleep (like a shifted biological clock), I figured on forums the number is much higher so maybe some talk could be had

Just started my melatonin treatment chugging down 3mg. Hopefully my sleep clock will be fixed with this (need to sleep around 4-6 hours earlier), already feeling a bit sleepy

First part made me fucking snort my juice man, bahahaha. And wtf you're supposed to be half asian, shouldn't you be attracted to her??

<--- This guy.

In fact, right now I'm well over 24 hours without sleep, although it's intentional because I'm trying to fix my sleep cycle before the week is out. But I know from habit that I will slip back into my nocturnal ways before the month even ends. Feels bad, man.

Confession time: I'm 37 years old and I still love me a nice tall glass of Chocolate Milk.

Edit: I have no idea why I chose to capitalize Chocolate Milk.

This happens to me a lot. Yesterday I went around 30 hours without sleep to try and stay up till 12 and sleep then, to get my clock on track.

I ended up sleeping at 2AM on accident, and now it's 1AM today and i'm still up, not sleepy at all. I think i'm gonna force myself to sleep in a bit though, if I can.

Exactly. I've tried doing it this way probably close to 10 times now the past 2 months but if it's going for more than a year your clock is already set and it's not as easy to fix. My doctor recommended this and I'm hoping it works because otherwise I'm boned! Have to start working regular morning hours soon...

My schedule is basically like this:

7am - Why the fuck am I up?
8am - 2pm - This isn't so bad, I can get things done.
2pm - 8pm - Tired, tired, eyes closing.
9pm - Gotta stay up one more hour. Then I can sleep.
10pm - 12am - I am fucking wide awake right now. Where did this surge in energy come from?
1am - Why the fuck am I not asleep?

This is basically my life... although I'm up at 7am because I have 2 inconsiderate children that want to do things like... oh I dont know... eat, at 7am when they wake up. Selfish little bastards... pfft.

Totally. Drugs do nothing (except that Ambien that I tried once because I was seriously going to be in danger on the road if I didn't get some sleep that night, but I don't want to regularly use something on that level). I've found that the only thing that helps me sleep is either serious sleep deprivation or going to bed next to a girl (because, well, I can't fidget and roll around and such, and the mandatory keeping still eventually knocks me out after forty or fifty minutes).

Oh my god, this is EXACTLY what happens to me. I thought I was the only one, but after I reach a certain point, I just stay up and can't sleep anymore, even though an hour earlier I was drifting.

Hate it, glad i'm not alone though.

Me too bro.

I'm feeling lethargic and tired, then when it's about time I should sleep I start getting hyper and energetic. Happens without fail.

True story:

I have severe insomnia and tried Ambien. I had gotten a prescription and it seemed to do well by me, but one day I decided to see just how long I could stay awake while under it's influence. I remember sitting on the side of the bed, looking at my hands folded together and then, all at once, it seemed as if my entire world was inside my clasped hands (bad song notwithstanding). Its hard to describe, but it was as if nothing else existed outside of my hands. Was the weirdest thing.

100% me right here. Like right now I feel my eye lids getting super heavy, so I'm refusing to lay down until at least 10. But knowing me I will be wide awake at 10, and will end up staying up well into the morning, eventually falling asleep and then waking up in the afternoon and eventually repeating the horrid cycle. Fuuuuuu

I like strawberry milk~! I like chocolate too but my stomach doesn't. x:
I used to drink strawberry milk everyday for two years when I was around 6 or 7 or so.

Until one week, I was just throwing it up, pure liquid, every afternoon. Never drank much after that. :lol Still love it occasionally though.

Banana smoothies are my thing now, here's what you do;

-two to four blocks of ice in blender
-fill milk about a third up, forgot the number but what the hell, experiment.
-put in a single banana, minus the peel obviously
-either put one big scoop of vanilla ice-cream, or spread a good amount of vanilla power.
-BLEND

Soooo good. It may be bland and not so fancy in terms of ingredients, but just the way I love it.

Same except I don't want to get out of bed at all. 8:25 a.m. rolls around and it's excruciating to get up.

Made some changes to yours. ;)

8am - Why the fuck do I have to get up?
9am - 11am - Oh, god. Where am I? What's happening?
11am - 12:45 - Getting stuff done.
2pm - 8pm - Tired, tired, eyes closing.
9pm - Gotta stay up one more hour. Then I can sleep.
