Expect to hear it at the unity rally.

To be even more fair, Romney has donated a hell of a lot of money to charities as well. - most to the mormon church but many other charities as well.

His personality is terrible on its own, but the fact that he's an anti-vac nut just seals the deal.
When you're worth half a billion dollars, giving 4 million over 5 years is chump change.
Ehhh. Most people wait until they are significantly older to do much of their philanthropy work. I would love to see most other people give even just 2 or 3% of their income to charity.
Romney will be a senior citizen in 2 months.
Someone who supports a plan to effectively end Medicare is a social moderate? The GOP really has shifted the spectrum.Huntsman is more of a social moderate

and a huge PETA jackoff.
Seriously...terrible person. He and Newt should get in bed with one another.

Medicare is viewed as a financial issue not a social issue.
"I won't kill you, but I don't have to save you", as BatNewt glides out of the Romney train which is en-route for a derail. He doesn't need to support Romney
Hey Huntsman, your thong is showing http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...romney/2012/01/11/gIQAnGiirP_blog.html?wprss=

I don't understand this. OK, you disagree with him on animal rights. But why hate people that want to be nice to animals? You really think he is about ban your bacon? PETA is great . . . they'll ensure we never ban meat because then we'll stop getting all these nude photo shoots.![]()
Especially when they are just done to be a check box for your governors' and presidential campaigns.
Donating is good, even for less than honest reasons, but let's not pretend he is some great philanthropist because his campaign planner told him to write a few checks to his own church.

Yeah, it's also quite surprising considering how intellectual many of his positions are.
Paranoia is something that many people can simply not escape. Vaccine's have saved millions and millions of lives, while improving the quality of life of tens of millions more. Why someone would be against them is beyond me.
It might be different if there was any actual evidence against vaccinations...
I didn't catch who, but someone on NPR last night said that in the battle between Romney's history with Bain and Obama's presidential record, that Romney would win. I couldn't stop laughing my ass off.
I find it odd that the Republican response to all the outrage at just about everything they've done for the past three years is to double, triple, then quadruple down on the crazy.
PLEASE let there be a defense force for this, so I can say something to him that should get me banned.
Just say "Kosmo" three times in a mirror.
What are you specifically talking about? If the 2010 elections were an indication, they were doing exactly the right thing to get into office. The problem is, most tea party stances are untenable and destructive to the common good.

I'll play devil's advocate.
Free speech shouldn't be unimpeded by limits on how it should be exercised. It's one of our most sacred rights, and it shouldn't be infringed upon unless it can be shown there is a compelling security reason for it to be infringed upon.

corporations should not have free speech.

There's a difference between releasing a statement and giving money.
What about freedom of the press?
in funding elections, yes. Not in expressing opinion, endorsing, etc. HELL NO. if the editor in chief of the NYT wants to donate to Obama and promote him, more power to him, but companies that pour untold money into political campaigns is reprehensible.
Publicly funded elections is the only way to both level the playing field, and keep politicians off the hook for paying back favors.
There might be. Too bad he didn't say that. Read what I responded to please, not what you thought up in your head.
