Tell us a joke, Tence

So one night Superman is flying around the city. He looks into an appartment and sees Wonderwoman on a bed... naked.
Superman thinks...damn I wanna tap that.... hell.. I am faster than a speeding bullet...I'll go in, fuck her and fly out without her noticing it was me.

So Supes does his thing and flies away after blowing his load.

Wonder woman: "Did you hear something?"
Invisible man: "No but my ass suddenly hurts like hell!"

Just got home! Puddles it was so awesome to meet you, I really appreciate you making the trek and i'm super pleased to hear you liked it! And it's incredibly heartwarming to read some of the other messages about my truck in this thread. you guys ;_;

As an AMAZING added bonus, I got to chat with Kevin Eastman tonight as they were breaking down his exhibit at the comic book store. He was very kind, and unbeknownst to me, I've been feeding him hot dogs for the last month. He gave me a signed copy of TMNT 25 year anniversary art book, definitely turned out to be a most amazing day :)

:O Lucky!

So tomorrow I'll be going out to eat with two moms (that are close to me in age.) I sort of know one of them and don't know the other (it was a thing my parents set up because my dad used to work with her husband.) And yeah... I love kids but I don't know what I'll do if they start sharing stories about their children and I have nothing to contribute. The most I can manage is, "Haha, yeah. My cat slept all day and she was totally adorable while doing it."

I feel a bit weird about being so different from many others in my age group.

Met him in November at a comic book convention. It was awesome meeting him and getting something drawn/signed by him

I just read through it. Very glad I missed the action and the assholes are already banned. At least this thread has been thoroughly pleasant.

This thread does feel very relaxing. We talk about comic books and superheroes and food our moms make... But, one should never be silent when injustice is happening (<--actually that's probably Dev's line)! ^_-

Tch H., you shoulda just ignored it and moved on.

Never! If they want to challenge our dislike of certain kinds of threads then it is my duty to at least meet them on the field. There was good discourse, and there were also a lot of head scratching moments. It's better to talk, though, I think. At least... until your energy runs out. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

But, I wanted to say that I liked your posts in there, kisaya. I think it helps everyone to hear multiple opinions on the matter. :) Funny that everyone thinks CleverGirl is a boy, though, right?

I see my joke was a waste of time :P Or simply not funny at all.
No that's a classic, well done. I'd simply heard it already :)

warriors, the two of you

You know, I tried to think of a good reply to make in there but I just couldn't. Sometimes I just don't know what to say to people like that. It seems so obvious to me that I almost can't put it into words.

Unfortunately they don't want us to point out the obvious to them lmao

Nintendoll, please tell us about your hot dogs.

What is the most popular style you sell?

Do you have a good Chicago-style?

We do NY style dogs, in 'dirty water' if you're savvy to the lingo (means we boil all the dogs in the same water, essentially creating a broth which then gives the dogs their extra yummy flavor). We import our all-beef Sabrett brand dogs from NYC, but also offer custom made polish sausages and turkey dogs (my favorite) made locally in LA.

Our best seller is by far the classic chili cheese dog, but second has to be a tie between our 'gunslinger' which is a bacon wrapped dog with onion rings, bbq sauce, and hand grated cheddar cheese or the "stray dog' which is also bacon wrapped, with grilled onions/poblano peppers, crema mexicana, cotija cheese, and jalapenos.

No Chicago dogs by name, but if someone were to ask extra nice, i'd put it together for them. :)

Same. I get so angry at some of those posters that I'm afraid I'll get an aneurysm. I definitely would have blown up on them if I was in that thread. While I don't like staying silent and letting assholes continue unabashedly being bigoted, I'm kinda glad I was saved from the stress of it. H.Pro, and the others clarifies my points better than I could have, myself.

Hahah thanks, I just thought it was messed up that jerks were just attacking Devo like that. I woulda felt weird if I didn't say anything XD
And yes that was hilarious haha

You seductress. Now I'm hungry. :(

It's hard sometimes. You know it's wrong, feel strongly that this is so... and yet can't elucidate your point. I confess my face was getting heated trying to think of how to respond to some of these. It's like explaining how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to an alien sometimes. :/

Not really. I rarely post and usually not outside of this thread. I'm getting better about it, though.

Stout, IPA,Lager, or hefe?

I'd actually kill for a blueberry beer, but I'll take a lager. :)

The trick is to think ahead, and think of any counter arguments, and either just follow the debate along that path, or just spill it if you're as impatient as I am.

good lord.

Still, I skimmed through there, it's admirable that you'd even make an effort. I guess it usually is Devo all alone :P

I want to one day make a movie where people say this frequently, and mean it

I'm usually pretty good at debating. Sometimes things just seem so fundamental that it's something I haven't even considered having to argue about.

Blurry pic of me and Nintendoll in front of the truck. Tried a second pic with flash, but there was too much reflection off the metal.

Ahh I see. Well I don't have that problem, cause normally, I'm the lesser [intellectually] of the two people arguing in a debate. Its up to them to make me see sense. For want of a better word, I lack common sense. :P
