Not that I'd ever want to be critical of HoFlynn but he didn't go against much of a DL when he played the Lions so who knows what will happen against a decent team.

Well obviously since Detroit DL ranked 10 in sacks. You are right that is not Decent at all. I mean it could be worse like packers 27th ranked.

Regardless, HOFLynn does not rely on others. He makes others.

Oh good grief, Bears are interviewing former Bucs OC Greg Olsen for the Passing Coordinator position.

Of course it might not be a bad fit putting him with Tice. But I don't any Bucs rejects!

That was great, yeah. My wife and I got a good laugh out of that last night watching the replay from the game.

I don't even know who we draft this year. Do we go O-Line to shore that up and help the run game, or do we take care of the LB and secondary that got torn apart during the season?

If you paid attention to my notes from yesterday, clearly the biggest need is at the position of undrafted free agent.

On a more serious note, what they do in the draft obviously depends a ton on who stays and who goes in free agency and just what's on the table by the time the #23 pick rolls around...it's a lot harder to figure out what options will be there at this point as opposed to picking #2 overall like I'm used to! I was going to save my personal draft-order-importance notes (the actual ones) for the offseason, but an early spoiler: If there's one of sufficient quality available at 23, my preference would be linebacker.

A guy on sports talk radio said that Tebow isn't afraid of Brady, but Brady is afraid of Tebow.

I live in Michigan, you know, where Tom Brady played in college.

Of course the same guy wrote an article on Sunday that said the Red Wings, Tigers, and Lions are all going to win their respective league championships, but come on. Afraid?

Interesting that Bill Callahan will be the offensive coordinator for the cowboys too besides just the o-line coach. Although Garrett will retain playcalling duties, Callahan's west coast influences will show through right? Maybe we'll even see a slant called once in while.

who dat??

Lots of hate brewing. It's good to be underdogs by around 2 TDs.

It's interesting in that I don't really pay much attention to national sports news, I typically listen to 104.3 The Fan and that's about it. I don't watch ESPN, I don't listen to ESPN. I heard today that they had an ESPN Tebow hour, and personally I find that fucking ridiculous. I like the guy, but give someone else their due. Devote the whole day to Brady for all I care or even Brees.

But tebow is such a great and special player, he deserves his hour long specials on national TV networks as much as the next person who's lived such a terrible life devoid of friendship, love, and devotion.

He does, because people like you hate him and yet watch, and espn gets ratings. This just in: tv stations are driven by ratings. Things people have strong opinions on get ratings.

I agree it gets ridiculous sometimes. I always fear stuff like this is going to hurt us on gamedays.

Concerns me as well. So far it seems like the locker room morale is skyhigh, and they get a kick out of it, but the circus has to wear on the guys assuming they catch part of it. It has to be tough on Tebow as well, considering that he hasn't asked to be put on a pedestal by ESPN. I'd rather the guy and the team has very little hype around them, and surprise us, like they did this year, rather than have to attempt to live up to ESPN's hype machine.

This whole Tim Tebow's Fire has reminded me how homely Mare Winningham was. She's so out of place in that movie. It's also reminded me that the first ever celebrity sex tape was Rob Lowe's

I completely forgot about it until earlier today... didn't one of the first kicks in the Steelers/Broncos games hit the upright and then land perfectly at the 20 yard line? Was it the very first kickoff?

First kick hit the goal post then landed perfectly on the 20. IRC a kick in the second half by Prater hit the goal post and landed on the 10. I'm sure it wasn't the first time this year, but it was the first I saw this year.

Yes, the opening kickoff hit the uprights and bounced out and stopped right at the 20. I think God reached down and set the ball for the ref, proving he was watching his nephew.

Also, I am watching the Carolina Hurricanes pre-game and they had a "fun day" where the players participated with kids in some games of hockey. There was a street game and one of the kids, maybe 10 years old, scores and goal and immediately Tebows.

I'm the biggest Nintendo fan boy on GAF, and I don't go around saying things like "XBot" or whatever people use for Sony fans.
I only get banned for stupid shit, like agreeing with someone that people like to complain.

Which will make their quick exit from the playoffs even better.

analaysts predict 49ers are worst team in worst division in football, 49ers have 2nd best record in the league....

how would a quick exit from the playoffs make it even better? you make no sense! then again, you are a bucs fan so i don't expect it from you!

Your overconfidence is your weakness.

I remember that.
They were fucking up a perfectly good Zelda thread complaining about motion controls.
Also, you are the second biggest nintendo fanboy on gaf, at best.

Best part was amir0x saying shit about how we were responding to "well thought out posts."
If I hadn't been banned I would have pointed out the irony, because it was delicious.
Also, you are the second biggest nintendo fanboy on gaf, at best.
And you're the biggest Falcons fan.
On Earth.

overconfidence in what? everyone predicted we were the worst team in our division and we were actually the best. nothing that happens on saturday changes that!

meanwhile, the bucs were the "up and coming" team, youngry, ready to make the trip to the playoffs and surely NOT the worst team in a division that had a horrible panthers team that had a rookie qb starting! we know how that turned out though....

Raji sucks, and he needs to STFU (and/or stop sucking). He was a really good player last year, revisionist history aside (check the Giants game or Eagles playoff game and watch him dominate on passing downs), and has been pushed around like he's 250 lbs this year.

tldr: Garbage talk from a garbage player. I hope Capers plays the 1-5-5 all game rotating Pickett, Howard Green (though he's also sucked), and CJ Wilson at the nose.
