Well, I hope it's okay if we have a new thread. :< Did anyone get an answer from a mod about it? If they have a good reason why we shouldn't have another thread...

Anywho, Beauty and the Beast 3D was awesome. And the best part: kids were behaving themselves!

Having this conversation with H.Protag on the LadyGAF advises ManGAF thread. My theory is that creeperGAF struck again.

Hurray! (Unless this gets shut down immediately...) I came back and was very confused at the locked thread.

As I've been saying in the Lady-Gaf advises Man-Gaf thread, i think this 'real pic' idea has been very positive (mostly anyway), and I liked the genial vibe of the thread.

Wholeheartedly agree. Being able to "see" who you're talking to in a sense seems to raise the threshold before anyone will consider being disrespectful. I really enjoy it.

That is true, but idk closing the old thread early seems weird.


Also Devo if you ever read this post, I haven't forgotten about the challenge I'm just busy painting my house so I'll get that picture taken...sooooooooon.

How long are the XSEED forums gonna be down? I wanted to reply to the thread about you guys publishing eroge,
and laugh some more bwahahah.
 
So, 20,000 posts in 15 days, surely some kind of record? Here we are, entering the second half of the month- older, wiser, more polite than ever. Can the momentum be sustained or was the movement showing signs of fizzling out? Will the RP experiment spark a new GAF tradition or be cut down in its prime?

New Year feels like so long ago.

No idea. At first I got a "Maintenance" error, but now it says it's a Database Error, which is much more serious. No word yet from the tech side, but if it's not back up by Monday then we might have a problem. I'm investigating, but I can't do much from my side until I'm back in the office tomorrow.

As for the eroge stuff, don't rag on the guy. He wanted to suggest it on twitter, and I told him we probably couldn't/wouldn't but that we look at every suggestion, so he was welcome to post it in the proper thread on the forums.

Is it a record? Definitely the fastest moving thread I've ever seen. :) A very fun, comfortable place. I like meeting new people on here, and RP is very accessible.

We should make a point to post in other threads too, though. I worried before about the perception that we were cliquey (I don't agree with this) and didn't really spread past the thread. Always a good idea to greet new RP peeps that venture in as well instead of getting completely caught up in our pizza discussions. ;P
 
Do I feel hurt for being left out of BlackGAF despite being one of the first to breakout my real pic? No. Not really. :|

Unless I'm missing something, the previous thread was locked (as all large threads are) when the post count nears 20k, so as to make it play nice with the database.
