Sorry, it was Matt (the same person he said to put his laptop away and pay attention around the 43 minute mark. Don't know where I got Owen from. Basically, the guy was talking about a product he saw on the floor but couldn't remember the name of the company that was making it. Will started busting his balls about remembering the names of companies you go to talk about. It could have been just a quick little haha, but he kept harping on it and almost belittling him. The guy was finally just like, ok yeah I get it, can we move on?
