Shit. I hope they dispatch it to Germany. I want the English version of the Edition.Looks like the UK Dark Edition is exclusive to GAME Group:

Heard this was better than Skyrim (probably GOAT). Gotta get this then.
It's just a witcher bomb.
Obviously exaggerated like TW1 intro cinematic signs.
My problem is it seems stupid as all hell. Letho has this amazing freeze an entire ship weapon and it's never been mentioned in game? You could make an entire game about a doomsday weapon like that.
I figured that much but why doesn't Letho use it again to save himself in the very least and why was it never mentioned in game. Just seems a little too retconish for me, but I guess it can fit in TW universe. TW1 intro was a sexy display of potions that were at least available in game.
Oh 99? Thought it was 79, I'll just get the regular edition, can't wait for this.

That Geralt avatar looks wayyy to metro. If they're going that route, patch in Bronze god Geralt, dammit.
Save importing gives you some loot, and throws out a few character references and dialogue swaps. There's nothing significant or noteworthy about it at all. In fact, due to the structure of The Witcher 2's story, it will ignore some decisions you made simply because they're not considered canon. Picked Shani over Triss? Sorry, Shani doesn't exist anymore. You're with Triss.
yeah only little things are carried over. Thaler sends a package , princess lives/dies so far those are only references beside soma cash and armor. Are there any other ?
Witcher 1 and 2 spoiler.
I'm fairly sure Sigfreid shows up as the head of the Order of the Flaming Rose in the last chapter if you sided with him at the end of the first game.
Would I miss a lot on the story if I play this without having played the first one?

Held off buying the 2nd since, I still need to finish the first. The combat is so boring though. :| Is the combat in the 2nd better?

Infinitely better.
It's real-time, very similar to the combat in Arkham Asylum - you have your basic 'fast' and 'heavy' attacks that fit into context sensitive animations with a range of 5(?) spells. It's defiantly more enjoyable.
Sounds good, does the PC version have or will it get 360 controller compatibility?
PC version it is then.It does, but it's not perfect in the menus.

can't wait for the pc updates... I've been holding off playing the game since the ee version was announced...
I haven't been paying attention to this. I assume we're not getting this on the same day the xbox version comes out? (17th?)
April 17th for both versions
i think most people will probably miss witcher 2 because they will be too busy speculating about mass effect 3.
Roche>Garrus
I would generally say TW2>ME3, but that's imo (also, CDPR>BioWare).
