Huh?
TBH, it was a coin flip call.
Houston are on a 9game losing streak or something though? and thats what made me go with SAS.

Other way around. We were on a 9 game winning streak (beating Washington, Detroit, etc.) before we lost to the Bucks at home without Bogut. Then we let Minnesota score 42 points in a quarter.
Rockets are going to lose tonight.

Just one of the reasons why KD is my favorite player in the league right now. He's just fiercely loyal, gotta respect that in this day and age. I think C-Murda put it best "Fuck them other [dudes] cause I'm down for my [dudes]."
And who is still healthy for the Bulls??? It's scary when Boozer is the most healthy person on a team...
Doesn't apply to every team. Speaking from the POV of how the Pacers have won in Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando, LA, etc. Yet, their record doesn't mean "bunk."
Last time I checked they had as many home games as 10 or so teams have home LOSSES. They've been doing all this on the road.
And Frank Vogel is here to stay. The offense will come around, and if it doesn't they have all the room in the world to swing a trade.
Easiest bet will be tmr night with the Bulls/Knicks. B2B for Chicago. NYK 'should' win that one by 10.
Go Raptors! Go Raptors! Go Raptors!

Bill Simmons said:All right, so … when will Kobe stop being Kobe? Why aren't we there yet? Shit, why aren't we even close yet? How is this possible?
Even your staunchest Laker hater (you know, like me) has been inspired by Kobe cranking out these 30-point nights while fighting off a mangled wrist, aching knees, advancing age (16 seasons!!!), a highly publicized divorce and a monstrosity of an NBA schedule. Nobody plays harder, nobody cares more, nobody plays at a higher level while enduring more pain. He's one of the most incredible athletes we will ever see, something of a basketball machine, someone singularly devoted to his craft, someone who has convinced himself that he can become immortal simply by playing well for a longer period of time than anyone else.
Unable to attack the rim with the abandon of his prime, Older Kobe works methodically at creating space for his 20-footers, turnarounds, leaners and double-pump jumpers. The degree of difficulty is off the charts — like watching someone throw for 300 yards a game without any decent receivers or something. He's remaining relevant simply because he couldn't stomach the thought of not being relevant.
Looks like someone has no faith in BC or Jonny V.I've pretty much given up on teh raptors this season... and for the next couple of seasons, I've hit my threshold for disappointment.
Why for we can not haz stickied?
I don't know why I keep putting myself through this shit.

Except for the fact that the Bulls have a lot of good players and the Knicks have one good player (Tyson Chandler)
I can't believe Bill Simmons is coming around..
My eyes have seen what you are capable of. There.
Everybody in the League wants to play with Rubio! Hes huge for Minnesota because great players will seek him out
Kevin Love is gonna leave this fucking team in 3 years, this Rubio/Love tandem has an expiration date
If the Nuggets get the second or third seed while the Knicks miss the playoffs, will you admit that Melo isn't good?
I like how in the Simmons column he basically says the following two things:
You cant have them both, buddy.
Edit: Oh also, this Minnesota fan video hyping the season is pretty funny: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PvPBBm8zoFc

Is this so hard to believe? The Gizzards aren't the Kitties.
I can't believe Bill Simmons is coming around..
That last bolded quote is pretty damn on point
The Kevin Love thing is infuriating, BSPN is sickening.
"Minnesota has to extend him, or he's going to the Lakers"
"Minnesota screwed up, they should have given him a max deal"
"Kevin Love is gone after his next contract"
This is worse than Dwight, he can't leave for another FOUR YEARS.
And you don't give max deals to players who've never had a playoff game.
Mavericks swingman Vince Carter, who is still capable of putting a big man on a poster at the ripe old age of 35, said Griffin's dunk was "amazing."
"That just shows the true athlete that he is," said Carter, whose Mavs host the Thunder Wednesday night. "I look at and analyze things different. You got to think about the body control and what it takes to really, not only to just do that, but the impact you take from Kendrick Perkins, first of all, is a lot. For you to still have the body control to finish is second to none, because there's not a lot of people that can really do that."
Phew. Sota took him. The best part: Stern going into "I'm gonna be extra gregarious right now because they'll be replaying this in Europe!" mode as he announced the pick. Gotta say, I can't kill Kahn for turning Randy Foye and Mike Miller into Rubio. Nice work. An orgasmic Fraschilla says Rubio is "the best passer in the last decade of drafts" and he's "got a Gretzky-like feel, he sees the game two and three plays ahead." Totally agree.
errr, vag, simmons has, for a very long time, admitted kobe is a good player. Admitted is the wrong word, it implies he ever denied it. Doesn't mean he has to be a fan.
Stop being such a giant homer.

He's admitted Kobe was talented but constantly bashed his intangibles, selfishness, basketball IQ, etc. That never led to any kind of respect, it was the way most people view Lebron James today. Admit he's a very great basketball player, don't respect him or his will to win or be great. Problem is, Kobe never had a problem with a will to win or a desire for greatness. Thus, Bill Simmons finally understanding this about Kobe means he's "finally coming around"

Going with my gut tonight. I expect OKC to win this game, they'll be angry after the other night. Harden bounces back and they win by 10+.

thunder fans need other body parts to help with the critical thinking process
I'm surprised they allow patients to use internet in the mental ward that you're kept in.
Like our massive penises?
Wait what?
This coming from the guy who runs to Steve Nash's defense any time any kind of criticism is ever sent his way (accurate or not) and I'm the one being a homer?
You've literally argued, several times, that Nash is a good defender by talking about his help defense and his "deflections" even though we all know he's a terrible defender.
Did your gut help with that response or your penis?
Do you have an ostomy? That's what happens when guts and penises work together.
While Kobe clearly works very hard and plays through pain, I don't really think it's fair to guys like Ray, Nash, Millsap, Dwight, KG, and others for Kobe to be appointed as this guy who works harder and cares more and plays through more pain than everyone else. Kobe just has more media attention and is more public about his work.
