The chapters are only 18 pages and yet they always feel a lot longer than that. A lot more "full". I can't think of chapter yet where I didn't simultaneously learn something and had a nice laugh. The series is really consistent at seamlessly switching between serious dialogue and humor. Always an interesting read.

It's been a while since a comic has made me "think" about stuff too, as childish as that might sound. I did, for a single split second, consider not eating pork for a while. Then my brother bought me some chicharrón.

Can't wait for the Fall arc!

Sasuke would actually be redeemed if he killed of Shino, Shikimaru and maybe Ten Ten. Naruto needs some of his friends to die already at the very least kill off the Rainkage. I thought the consensus was that Isshin used the Final Getsuga Tenshou at some point in the past, and that's what caused him to lose his powers, just like Ichigo did.

There are many theories about how Isshin lost his powers. Throw everything at the wall and see what sticks

Anko's not dead. Kisame died before the war actually started. And there's a 99% chance Sasuke just killed a Zetsu clone.

I am agreeing with him on how one sided war it was. There should be deaths during war but we haven't see that yet. (Beside those filler characters that got killed.)

Well Oda subtly acknowledging that the dragon idea was from Fairy Tail was a gesture of good faith. I wish he had took the idea further and gave it epic attacks instead of resorting to keeping it as tame as the weak unappealing dragons all in How to Train Your Dragon. .

Naruto sales also good at 668,680.
Gintama did less than i thought it would at 209,760.
Toriko sales 197,054 , i thought it would have jump way more after the anime but it has been a year and sales only okay .

I can recall maybe one sentence in all of Toriko that was the slightest bit dramatic (about killing things and not eating them), but that's it.

Jump started to hype the hell out of the thing so i guess some fell for the hype (iirc some were calling it the next One Piece).

Its pretty telling when a series that has been on hold for months returns and does about 2 times as much sales
