They need to bring Nocturne to PSN or reprint it. :( That and bring Eternal Punishment to PSN. But I gotta finish up Innocent Sin's retranslation/official Atlus translation. I beat the fantranslation but I wanted to see the official translation to see the changes.

I would be so happy if Nocturne is brought to PSN. I remember really enjoying it and getting all the way to to the part where you have to enter a prison of some sort. Bummer that it is pretty rare nowadays, would of definitely rebought it but it's so rare.

It's not rare. You can get it for $25 on Amazon.

And, yes, it got a reprint a good while back.

Im waiting for the news that Vita will play PS2 games, and then publishers put up some of their games up on PSN, similar to PSX on PSP.

I may have full confidence in my self now, but me doing anything similar to dat ass vita thread would probably end up being a photoshop carnival of stupid :P

Question, when you're at the club and someone you do not find attractive nor want to talk to is aggressively trying to beckon you over to him what do you do? Me being the nice/naive guy I go over and eventually had to be saved by a buddy. Do I just completely ignore him? I tried that but he eventually got people to catch my attention towards him. So obnoxious.

Like one or two copies in the wild around here. But I'm not happy paying $40+ at Gamestop for a used copy in addition to how old it is. I can get FFXII for like $15-20 now FFS.

I had my first date with a guy this weekend. It was very unusual, but somewhat rewarding. It was like, I had no idea what to do...but I tried to just treat it like we were hanging out. Then we started cuddling while watching Portlandia, and from there... yeah. It isn't as difficult as I thought it would be.

He's coming on a little too strong though, not sure if I'm down with that. He is attractive though.

This reminds me I totally have FFXIII sitting right here next to me. But I gotta finish up CoD8:MW3's achievement lists (gotta finish the single player basically) before I start up another game. And I gotta finish Ass Creed Brotherhood to get into Revelations (Ezio. <3) single and multiplayer.

And then I have Catherine and Dark Souls competing for time after those...

So FFXIII may sit on the back burner for a LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG while right now.

I gotta split time between it (leveling to 50) and Battlefield 3. Though, since most of BF3 GAF is either gone or playing shitty three flag instead of Rush, I've got time for it now and then.

Meh, FirstLetter Feb was getting tiresome.

I just realized that I've transitioned from being primarily a Gamer-side GAFfer to more of an Off-Topic GAFfer. These days I pretty much hang out in the Gay, LEGO, and comic book threads. Games have taken a backseat, it seems.

Yeah, there's the general monthly thread.

And there's the Avengers vs. X-men thread.

I've cut back drastically on monthly books because they've gotten so expensive. Pretty much just reading Action Comics (written by Grant Morrison), Justice League of America (Jim Lee & Geoff Johns), Wolverine and the X-Men, and Avengers: Children's Crusade. But I do plan on picking up more, once Avengers vs. X-Men arrives.

I also re-read a lot of old stuff in collected form, like Crisis on Infinite Earths, Invasion, Siege, Civil War, Secret Wars, Watchmen, Kingdom Come, Preacher, Great Darkness Saga, Star Wars. . . I could go on and on.

Yeah, I was reading both Avengers and New Avengers, but dropped them due to cost. Plan on picking up their trades, as well as Uncanny X-Force (the wait for that one in particular is excruciating).

I liked Morrison's New X-Men run, too, and really liked his JLA run.

I've dabbled in some indie comics, but my main interest is in super heroes. I never stray too far from my roots. =)

And, uh, to at least stay somewhat on topic, one of my favorite renditions of Matt Murdock (Daredevil) in his tighty-whiteys.

Outside of the Sims, I can't think of any example I found enjoyable to play/watch unfold.

Wait I lie, the whole implied loving between Ike & Soren/Ranulf (FE 9/10) was good if veiled. Of course that topic is a nasty can of worms to open up on a FE forum, or it used to be.

Heh and I remember when we were young, me & a mate we're convinced Galcian and Ramirez from Skies of Arcadia were in love with each other.

Man, I love their relationship. It's so "<3<3<3" to me. And, yeah, touchy subject :P If anything, it's one of the best bromances in a game.

Sex scenes across much visual media are kind of absurd, really. How often when you're reading books do characters start knobbing for no real reason, or do scenes start with graphic descriptions of characters showering?

And yet in TV/movies any lax moments in pacing are usually filled with (female) nudity. It's ridiculously shallow and more than a bit sexist.

If Dragon Age, Mass Effect 3 or any of the others had come out 10 years, the same sex romances probably would've been absent. Their presence now is a symbol of progress.

For that reason alone, even if their cesspools of bad writing, I'm happy when a game includes them.

Actually, Baldur's Gate II had a bisexual character, and that was 10 years ago.

The sex scenes in these games are anecdotal. What's more interesting is what leads to it, you don't just come up to a character and press x to have sex.

I didn't think Mass Effect romance with Kaidan was so badly written.

Soren is awesome but I preferred Ranulf & Ike. I'm in no way a furry but damn I'd make an exception for him ;)

Given how conservative Nintendo can be, it's always struck me as odd as to how much risque stuff they often put into FE. I can't wait for the 3DS game.
