I read a rumor about him being the #1 option to replace Laurent Blanc in the France NT.

Juventus has been spending a ton of money between its transfers and its stadium in a bid to be more successful in the long term. In addition to decreased revenues from not playing in CL, I can't say I'm surprised that we were in the red in 2010-11. The good thing about our spending is that it has all been geared towards growth and sustainability which is why it is never something that would give fans any real pause.

Didn't know Inter was doing so poorly, though. I suppose it really does explain the sale of Eto'o and cut-rate transfer purchases. Looks like they are poised to try and stay afloat in the top 6 for the next couple years until some of their youth comes through and they are able to start spending again in a real way. Probably should've sold Julio Cesar a couple years back, I say.
 
Probably rubbish. While I don't think much of AVB the core of the Chelsea first team is the same as under Mou, only 5 years older and slower so he hasn't really been given time to fix the problems in the squad.

the only reason i can think of for our (milan) finances to be so poor are the wages. we are so fucking cheap in every other aspect.

i guess maybe the fact that we don't get much revenue from match day income because we don't own the stadium also is a big factor. this is really going to help juve in the long run.

hopefully getting to the quarters in the CL will help, and having berlugod back as president in april.

It disgusts me to think that some of the senior players are not giving it their all to prove a point or something. I understand they don't favor some of the manager's methods, but to show it in their style of play is horrible. I wasn't big on football when Hiddink was managing them, but apparently he had them playing some of their best football since the Mou era ended?

Really hope those AVB rumours are fake.

As a neutral it's pretty difficult to like Chelsea when they keep going round in circles like this.

Well I hope it's fake too (and think it is), but if he really has lost the whole dressing room there isn't many ways around a firing. Need to kick out the deadwood of the club for any manager to succeed, already kind of started doing it but hopefully this summer all of it will be gone.

He didn't win a league title or any trophy with Liverpool which he said many times that he wanted to do.
 
On the topic of shows, thank you to the UK for the amazing show that is Skins. It's a shame that MTV decided they needed to make an American version. Almost done with the first season of the UK one and dear god, this show is amazing

The two first seasons are great, especially the first. But then it turns... Pretty shit. They get a whole new cast. :(

Edit : haha yeah, beaten pretty badly.
