Ghost movies ugh
barca win la liga and cl and still don't make a profit??!!

Well you get 120-140 million for your TV rights. :P
Juventus has been spending a ton of money between its transfers and its stadium in a bid to be more successful in the long term. In addition to decreased revenues from not playing in CL, I can't say I'm surprised that we were in the red in 2010-11. The good thing about our spending is that it has all been geared towards growth and sustainability which is why it is never something that would give fans any real pause.

Didn't know Inter was doing so poorly, though. I suppose it really does explain the sale of Eto'o and cut-rate transfer purchases. Looks like they are poised to try and stay afloat in the top 6 for the next couple years until some of their youth comes through and they are able to start spending again in a real way. Probably should've sold Julio Cesar a couple years back, I say.

IIRC, Inter spent 150m+ on salaries alone in 2009-2010.

It's kinda sad to see us in the red to be honest :( We were always up there in the green, but it had to happen.

Götze's player agent has been in talks with Juve and United, price €40m+.

According to German tv channel sport1 quoting an Italian newspaper quoting Götze's player agent who actually isn't his agent. Why would you even make this up lol

On the TV-shows subject, I have been exclusively watching 24 for the past two weeks, I'm currently at season four, it's SOOOOOOOO good.

the only reason i can think of for our (milan) finances to be so poor are the wages. we are so fucking cheap in every other aspect.

i guess maybe the fact that we don't get much revenue from match day income because we don't own the stadium also is a big factor. this is really going to help juve in the long run.

hopefully getting to the quarters in the CL will help, and having berlugod back as president in april.

yup, we pay mediocre players a ridiculous amount of money and we pay good players even more than that.

if that shit sounds like hulk hulk hulk or kun kun kun, they i am officially certifiably insane
Do you expect them to chant in english?? In Portuguese "Hulk" is pronunciated exactly like that. Not saying they weren't being racist there, but that did sound exactly like "Hulk Hulk Hulk Hulk" in Portuguese.

FSC has chris sullivan calling serie a games now. i'm pretty happy with this, the guy really knows his football and is knowledgeable about italian football in particular.

Just looked at the Serie A league table for the first time in a long time and I'm really surprised seeing Napoli below Roma and Intermerda. Thought Lazio would be doing a lot worst, and that Juventus was 1st.

We have a game in hand, and we're going to fuck it up tomorrow.

Napoli remind me of us last season, win the big games and lose/draw everything else.

Really happy for Zidan. We could actually use him at the moment with Götze and Kagawa out lol. Looks like Gündogan will start on the ten tomorrow, hoping for some German-Turkish magic :D

Looks like is a done deal already. They'll announce it on sunday or monday.

lol this can't be true.
