What a poor showing from Porto. Too bad :(
I fucking hate to see that shitty plastic club being triumphant. Hope they crash & burn further down the line..

4-0 Pizarro

Aguero has been brilliant today. Is that something to do with Carlos apologising and wanting back in the team?
Is he uping his game to retain his place, or is he excited at the prospect of playing with him?

He's been very good in home matches, gotta perform a bit better away (obviously still good in those as well).

fair win for City, they played the playoff inteligently and made us pay dearly for all the mistakes

today's 4-0 is a very deceiving and harsh result though

Lol triumphant?

If they win the Europa it's still only like trying to pull a fit girl in a club only to be rejected and go home with and bone her fat, one legged, Paul Scholes lookalike mate.

But they will win the league

You we're right! He's a little demon!

City were great tonight. Seeing some of them goals, it reminds me of start of the season City. Hopefully the dip is over.

Here are some stats:

"4 - Man City have scored four goals in a European match (exc. qualifiers) for the first time since 1978 (4-0 vs Standard Liege). Battering"
OptaJoe

City have scored 94 goals this season in all competitions.

Bayern: Neuer - Rafinha, Boateng, Badstuber, Lahm - Tymoshchuk, Alaba - Robben, Kroos, Ribery - Gomez

Basel: Sommer - Steinhöfer, Abraham, Dragovic, Park - Shaqiri, Huggel, Xhaka, F.Frei - A.Frei, Streller

lol, right.
But when it comes to mercs city, I'd still rather see some Tevez-type stuff instead of them winning anything at all...

3 - Marseille have lost their last 2 Champions League games at home; they have never lost 3 home games in a row in this competition. Risk

8 - Eight of Inter's starting eleven today are 30+ years old. Merda.

23 – FC Bayern Munich's Franck Ribery was the most fouled player in the group stage of the Champions League. Slippery.

19s - Agüero's goal was the fastest scored in the Europa League this season, beating Taison vs Red Bull Salzburg by one second. Flash.

11 - Former Roma player David Pizarro made only 11 touches for Man City vs Porto tonight, scoring one goal and assisting another. Minimalist

Harsh result on Porto...it was unfortunate they were paired with a tough team so early on.

Sorry Fady you're right. When you put it like that it's even more depressing - even the game we won 4-0 was unconvincing and only closed the game out in the very late stages (unsure why I thought Leicester by the way, and not Portsmouth!)

Yeah bro - the Portsmouth game could have ended with a draw too - but it was only during the last 10 minutes where 3 goals came! IF we beat Birmingham (that's what has become of our team now, we fear getting knocked out by a championship side who is not even in the top 15) then we play Leicester.

Im actually quite glad I wasn't able to watch it. I've just moved out (now a 20 minute walk from Loftus Road!) and I don't have internet yet.

Thing is, Bosingwa at LB? Stupid. Cole or Bertrand. Where is Romeu? We need to pick up. I don't want AVB to go but god damn he really needs to change things. Give the players what they want until the end of the season system wise then chuck them all out if he needs to.

Yeah man - it was a painful game. In fact, I'd go far as to call this among the worst three performances by Chelsea in the last 12 months.

Bosingwa got injured in the first 10 minutes, luckily for us. Cole did well, even though he was being a prick to AVB and it was so obvious and disrespectful. Romeu hasn't featured in ages and that's too bad really, as he plays better than most defenders outside of Terry and Ivanovic.

Also - check this, Meireles was at fault for the first goal, Ivanovic allowed the second goal to happen so easily, and Luiz completely messed it up for us for the third goal.

Am I the only one who still prefers PES over FIFA?

Nope, I play PES myself ;D I only wish they had more licenses :/
