Oh man, I can't wait for us to face of against Buyern on sunday, hopefully after dumping Plzen out of the Europa league. Bastuber is not a good player, he's a benchwarmer at best and if Löw plays him or Mertesacker before Höwedes at the Euros I'll fly over to Polamd/Ukraine and stab himin the dick.

Also, I hope Marseille dumps Inter's ass out of this competiton, I still can't belive they managed to get to this stage let alone win their group.

Short answer being that I don't know, I'd say it's worth bearing in mind that the current England Care Taker manager does manage the England under 21 squad. :P

Also, I'm not sure there is a push by the papers for anything, this friendly feels like it just needs to be gotten out of the way.

AC Milan is way too perfect, the guy behind that shit is on crack or something... Robinho is 83!!

The guy behind Bayern did this: Kroos - now complete midfielder, Schewini - no longer complete midfielder... wtf. And Bayern is the only team without real reserves in the game. Not even Emre Can, c'mon!

Also, Juventus is now a 5 stars team.

Juventus being a 5 stars team is terrible news for me. It means that now I will be facing Dortmund every single time I play with Sporting. Getting Juventus once in a while was refreshing because it looks like everyone who plays FIFA 12 on the PC with a 4.5 star team chooses Dortmund.
At least Sporting has been vastly improved with this update, especially Oneywu, Carrillo, Capel and Wolfswinkel.

Lol Carroll actually can be rather skillful. He's got immense natural talent.

Henderson's rating needs to go up a little and Lucas' rating needs to go up a lot.

Any idea what Porto is rated now?
 
I love Fifa but some of their ratings are mind-blowing. They didn't even update Skrtel, not even by 1. They upgrade Lucas with baby steps. He's now 80 but should have been months ago, now he should be 82.

But the most surprising is giving Kroos the Complete Midfield spec. and taking it away from Schweinsteiger. That is brilliant!

Seriously? I would like to see Busquets in another team. He looks good because he's a Barcelona player. Just like Pedro. A 80 would be cool for Busquets, I get they can't put anything below 80 in Barcelona for the sake of the fanboys but c'mon. To have a 85 the player would have to be some kind of mix between playmaker and DM... but he's a pure DM.

Ashley Cole needs a good swift kick up the ass and a reminder to who pays his bloody wages. Cole should focus on his own performances which have been under-whelming and curb his disruptive criticism.


Sacking AVB now will only reinforce that Abramovich doesn't have a fucking clue what he is doing. You don't pay 28mil to bring in a manager into a deteriorating and ageing side and then sack them midway through their first season because you are not where you want to be on the table. To sack AVB will cost a lot of money, he will be snapped up by another club anyway, and there is no guarantee that a replacement will fare any better with the renegades which are Chelsea's senior players.


As for Arsenal, which matters so much more to me anyway.

I hope the rumors of Wenger having 100mil to spend in the summer are true. He should have 100mil + whatever we get for off loading our shitty players we don't want. I really hope that Wenger weilds the axe to these under-performers in the off season. It is really painful to watch them sometimes.

And Chelsea want Walcott? LOL. You can have him.... Walcotts ability to be on the field yet when we are attacking he can't be found, if we are defending he can't be found, and in the odd case he does get a shot off it's either wide or straight at the keeper.... I would gladly welcome Sturridge for Walcott. Big bargin for Arsenal, imo.

Well, being a superstar for England or not is a vaguely perverse test of a player's quality, to be fair.

I've seen, heard, and read enough to be convinced that he will spark United's midfield for quite a while.

Oh for sure, in the short term he may spark man United midfield, but imho United has such a weak squad right now a lot of players would look good in it. Of course they are still winning games in the league which is Ferguson's way.

For me Cleverly in his short window looks like a decent PL midfielder and nothing more (or less, thats no small thing). I rate him way below say Cabaye or Milner.

So good for Man United? This season yeah, maybe, but I expect ManU to strengthen this summer with proven players and Cleverly to move to the bench.

To be honest though he should be in the "hopeful prospect" bucket for Man U fans. The kid has played just a handful of times this season. Way too soon to get excited or pessimistic over him, let alone get an England spot.

Busquets is an absolute beast. Brilliant possession retention, short passing, and technique for a DM.

I don't have Fifa on at the moment, so I'll just say what I remember seeing different: Sergio Ramos rating (87), and Benzema got his boots changed. ;) I think Marcelo got upgraded too.
