[Steins;Gate 25]
This is what happens when you combine the talent of White Fox with the writing of an 'after all the important stuff has happened' story. In other words, it's a largely pointless exercise in bad art, disjointed scenes and extremely forgettable audio cues.
Let's take a look at some of the finer shorts, shall we?

I like the way everyone is lined up in a straight line, because that's the simplest way to do this kind of shot. Mokea sure has some amazing details on her hand animation. It's okay though, because this is actually part of a beautifully executed shot-reverse-shot sequence. See:

That's right, they've lined up
even more characters on this side too, in the most basic arrangement that you can think of. It's like something that a 10 year old game up with. Luckily the shot is completely flat so you don't have to draw these characters with any kind of depth.

See, she's supposed to be reflected in the windscreen, but because nothing else is reflected she just looks like the decapitated head of a ghost. Masterful.
Actually, what's worse than the art it the 'story progression' in the episode. It doesn't really have a centre or focus, it's just a bunch of scenes where characters execute their one fetishised trait (moe, interenet slang, maid costume etc) but without any of the added depth that made them fleshed out (read: interesting) characters.
