They traded away Commodore and Ericsson is injured. Makes perfect sense to call up Smith.
Stuart to NYR for picks would be stupid for us. We have a great chance this playoffs, even if Stuart is gone next season he's too valuable for us this year to give up for anything but a guy that can come in and make an impact NOW.
Stuart isn't going anywhere. Holland just said so. Smith being recalled is due to Ericsson hurt and Commodore getting traded. Ansar Khan says that Smith and Kindl will be in the line up tomorrow against Columbus as one of the Wings D is slightly hurt, he thinks it's Lidstrom as he was seen limping around before practice today.
