Oh for sure

I agree!Football is fun to watch.
I stopped playing Ass Creed after AC2.
The ending was the dumbest thing ever.
If by "mindfuck" you mean non-sensible garbage, then yes.AC2 was solid, though the ending was a complete mindfuck. I could not get into Brotherhood at all. It's still sitting on my shelf as if waiting for me to return to it.
I need a good golf game in my life.
Tiger Woods 12 for iPad isn't cutting it.
I know what you said, was stating my opinion. Will be funny/shame if Hines gets in over them because of rings.
You think this, but consider the backlog of players at his position already and not to mention guys like Moss and TO that will be there.Hines also has a Super Bowl MVP to his name. Don't see hoe he doesn't make it.

These players are selected in a vacuum. They're selected in context of players at the same position.

I meant to say *aren't.If Curtis Martin can make it than why not Hines? If Tim Brown wanted to be in the HoF he should have joined a team with other really good players and won a SB, or played in the NE. It's his own damn fault

Scott Player was so funny looking, well helmet was
Cris Carter caught ~50 more TDs than Hines Ward.Cris Carter or Hines Ward?
I hear people campaigning for Carter every year so it should be interesting to see if one gets in before the other.
His hands are fine. He just can't bang like he used to.
I was watching this youtube mashup and it reminded me that he used to take some serious punishment. Both hits he took this year knocked him out of each game.
Reminds me of a 14 year old Andy Reid.
Cris Carter caught ~50 more TDs than Hines Ward.
When it comes to the position itself and its role, Cris Carter was dominant. Hines Ward is a great, gritty player, but I have a hard time considering him a dominant player at his position.
This is wholly subjective, but I don't know if I feared Hines Ward as an offensive weapon.
I think they both get in, Carter gets in first. Superbowl MVP is worth a lot when it comes to HOF talk I think.
Fuck Hines Ward. Seriously. Lets all pray to god he retires.
There's quite a few good not great SB MVPs. I really think Hines will never get close. There's just so many of his WR peers who are far better than he ever was. You never, ever, in his entire career, worried that he was going to kill you. That's the same objection I have to Curtis Martin, and the same one I will have when Bettis gets in.
To be a HoF player, teams needed to gameplan against you. Coaches needed to lose sleep thinking of ways to stop you. And of course you need to do that for an extended number of years.
Welp
His franchise records say hello. Beating Lynn Swan? Yeah he's a HoF guy for sure.
Meh. In an era where guys are routinely catching 100+ passes, I'm not sure that will stand up. It's a passing era now, and as you can see even WRs with great career numbers are being shunned for the Hall.
When Carter, Brown and Reed can't get in, you know there's a backlog. Like I said, I'd love it if Hines gets in, but the only way he's getting in is if 2 SBs, 1 SB MVP and holding the franchise records for receiving on a notoriously run-oriented team (at least until Ben came along) amount for enough cachet to get him past some guys with much better numbers.
I'm not sure guys feared being beaten by Ward as a receiver, but I'll bet there's a few guys who learned to get their head on a swivel after taking one of his downfield blocks.
Gonna miss you, Hines. I wish you'd retire, but provided you don't end up in the AFC North or with the fucking Cheatriots, I wish you well.
I three starred all those courses!
I'm sure that Colbert gave Hines the retirement option, like he did with Arians. But the move to cut him is for the best. Fuck resigning him for the minimum. He has too much cachet with the team/coaches/fans to sit on the bench in Pittsburgh. Let him begin his Jerry Rice-esque journey. First stop, jnc's favorite team. Or Pittsburgh west. Or one of those other shitty NFC West teams.
There's no room for fuck face Ward in Seattle.
