This game is just awful.
 
Bynum just looks so much bigger than everyone else. I can understand sometimes why Jimmy is so obsessed with him, then I remember I have no faith in his knees.
 
Awesome. All we need to do in the 2nd half is not get outscored by more than 11. If this team can't even do that, they should just tank.

Honestly, the lead should be 16 or even 20, but 12 is good enough to work with.
 
The Lakers aren't even playing that good. This game is just bad. Feels like a Pacers game.

Lakers are playing relatively well, but not great. I was glad Kobe didn't try to force it when he came back, only 2 shots (1 official). Ball movement is pretty good. Their D is pretty active, too.

Not having Bosh changes the game completely. Moreso in a matchup vs Lakers. Pau/Bynum are hardly guarding their counterpart bigs and just helping everywhere.

Second half could flip, of course.

You wanna know why else Mike Brown sucks? His use of bigs during games. Yes, Pau is a pussy, but he does almost nothing to free them up outside of encouraging his perimeter guys to spread the floor. No pinch post, no low screen, nothing. He just lets them handle their own shit down low and hopes for things to happen. It can work with a guy like Bynum. But there aren't many guys like Bynum - and it also makes post passing a much harder task than it needs to be.

He does create some big to big screens to try to free up the weak side, but not enough.

I agree, they need more of this for Pau right now. I wish Brown was better at designing plays for Pau in particular. Relies too much on the old Spurs offense but DRob was a much better outside shooter than Bynum which gave more space for Duncan (and visa-versa)

Then why did Lebron drive and hit those game winners/game tying shots against Washington in the playoffs?

Why did he take that crazy game winner and nail it against Orlando in the playoffs?


Y'all act like he has never taken/made a last second shot and that he is terrified to touch the ball in the last two minutes.

If he is taking a bad shot over passing to an open man, or passing up a good shot to give someone else a worse shot fine bring all the hate, most of this shit is straight fucking nonsense.
 
Eh? I know why it's a foul, but I wish it wasn't. Let them battle down low, it's not interfering with the play at hand.
 
Lebron fouls Pau away from the ball all the time, nothing. Pau barely does anything after both being physical, foul. Wade has had about 2 fouls this Q uncalled too.

Fucking Fisher with that shot. What is he thinking?

Second half switching, already. Small lineup is working. Brown needs to have Pau/Bynum screen for one another and get Bron on Bynum.
