Where is the cheapest most reliable place to buy an emailed £20-25 PSN voucher?

For some reason PSN is no longer accepting any of my debit cards and I would have used shopto but unfortunately for them they have closed my account and falsely accused me of having duplicate accounts. Even though I don't have multiple accounts, their whole one account per household makes absolutely no sense anyway.

No, no and once more NO. Too many bootlegs and such, in the end it might be worth it to pay a little bit more so you can be sure that you're getting the genuine thing.

Edit: Or, well, Amazon might be good for western games' OSTs. But for Japanese OSTs? I wouldn't really recommend it, at least not the cheapest alternatives.

Yeah i'm looking for some jap OSTs.So i guess no cheaper options for them in Europe?
I'm not gonna pay the ridiculous prices Play-Asia or other Asian shops charge for the OST's.Oh well.

But OSTs aren't cheap in Japan either. i don't think play-asias prices are that bad.
You could also try amazon.co.jp but the shipping costs are pretty high.

The actual Japanese prices are "ridiculous" as you call it. It's not the fault of yesasia/play-asia - BluRays/DVDs cost much more as well. ANYONE selling them to you for much cheaper is actually selling a pirated copy. Silent Hill Sounds Box was like 150-170$
but totally worth it :D

If you're looking for OST of Square-Enix games, they have about every thing you'd ever want on iTunes and/or their official shop for as low as you probably could ever get it, with no risk of getting a bootleg.

Marketplace sellers on Amazon Japan that offer international shipping charge 800¥ shipping to Europe. No idea what the speed is and of course it a being a marketplace seller brings its own risks.

There are no obvious mistakes on the boxart or box, price seems normal for a US version too. The only surefire way to tell is to plug the cart into a 3DS and if it boots its legit.

How much lower can it get?
What happened with XIII? Did it also drop in price as fast as this one? I know Square Enix games drop in price quickly (Deus Ex), but lowest this will get in the near future will probably be 14.95, right?

I'm not looking for Square OST's, just some shmups OST's and some other arcade soundtracks.
 
Soundtracks from Japan are as expensive as I remember them being. The issue is, the pound and dollar have lost strength in comparison to the yen in recent years, making them seem waay more expensive.

I definitely remember XIII not taking that long to hit ten quid. Might take a few more months but this is heading there.

This was always that way.
For example Taiyo No Uta OST bought march 2008 - 28.75$
Blade (Japan DVD) bought november 2007 - 31.99$
Killer 7 OST bought mid 2007 - 29.25$
Silent Hill Ultimate Box (well, it included a bluray as well) bought august 2006 - 85$
So Close Superbit Japan bought mid 2006 - 44$

Nowadays the situation got a bit worse, because the Yen/Dollar / Yen/Euro situation got worse and the amazon.co.jp shipment changes. But Japanese stuff was already expensive before. Also most of the time Japanese stuff doesn't do crazy price drops. You may get a CD on sale when you are lucky. But most of the time they will go OOP almost immediately, which means they will get even more expensive then.
 
Yeah, it's not just OSTs, it's Japanese music in general. Googling suggests a ton of factors from higher quality products to taxes to licensing to a lack of piracy removing the need for them to be cheap. It's certainly not a new thing, and I doubt you're ever going to be able to pick them up for a reasonable price because they've cost 3000Y+ for years and years.

If Play-Asia ever do another 20% off everything sale, that's probably the best you'll ever get.

Yeah, but when is that going happen? It seems like it takes a long time for these Platinum editions to come out.. If you're going to wait, you might as well wait for the GOTY edition

BTW, Infamous 2 is now Platinum and going for 14.95 at Zavvi and 16.85 at that banned site...

I think they don't take you VAT or some other tax on orders or orders above a certain price..

If I'm right, the real price should be £21.87. I think they take 1 for shipping (Not sure inside of UK.. might be free), so it should be about £23?

Play also selling it for £22.49, but not sure how much they take for shipping

Play shipping will be free as I'm in the UK so that seems to be the best (Blah for me would include VAT and be £24.99) so I'll go for that too :)

Yeah I was holding off for a 10% off code and missed out on that deal too. I don't think it's going back to that price to be honest - suspect they cleared a lot of stock.
