They kept emphasizing how the fleet was ready to go when I was. And Shepard does tell the fleet when to fire, when the fighters should engage, etc. So yeah, I was expecting exactly what you were, sorta like how in ME2 you decide who does which task during the suicide mission.

ME3 through Tuchanka was probably the highlight of the mass effect series, but wow did they let off the gas after that...

Well I don't have an 360 anymore(only a ps3) so it's impossible for me to replay ME1

They stumble upon a theory after they install them to send to the Curible team but I assumed throughout the game that at some point they would make a difference at some point with how horrible it sounded without them.

Correct there is simply no reason to remove that option. You can have the sacrifice endings and a good ending, and VERY bad ending...and hell even a "Whoda Thunk It?" ending that just repeated the blue ending currently.

Seriously. Have some dialogue choice with Anderson asking who to send where and have some stock FMV footage where specific ships may or may not get destroyed depending on what you attained. Do it exactly like ME2. Hell, make it overtly obvious. "Wow it's a good thing you got those new shields... I mean new power conduits," or "Wow we would have been toast if you hadn't saved the Rachni."

They kept emphasizing it which is why I thought that the two Admirals would defer to Shepard. Hell, every race in the galaxy already does anyway.

This is one of the biggest achievements of the series. The characters are good, and the player investment is genuine, so happy or sad the ending may be it will warrant some kind of authentic reaction.

Me and Ashley were all ready for our double date with Garrus and Tali and this game deprived me of that. I will not stand for it. Fuck you Bioware!!!
 
Tuchanka was pretty awesome indeed. But then the Citadel Coup stuff started, which I thought "either C-Sec was seriously asleep at the wheel, or Cerberus is just flat out using Clone Troopers." At least that was interesting up until it turned out that Udina was behind it all! (for absolutely unexplained reasons)

Rannoch was cool, but still not as awesome as Tuchanka.

Ya honestly with all the numbers and readiness I thought you were going to have to make decisions quick and figure out how to handle the battle...ah fuck it that's not what happened though.

New True Ending All Along

A few hours ago an anonymous user who leaked the multiplayer DLC (just an hour earlier) has claimed that the ending fiasco was deliberate because of the game’s storyline being leaked. They changed it so they could have more time to prepare the real ending DLC.

It is called “The Truth”, and will be released in April or May… You will be able to continue your story if you picked any of the endings. Your decision during the sequence will have a big effect on the ending of The Truth. Also, The Truth adds two new sets of enemies, new classes, and multiplayer maps, including “Firebase Hive”, which is a small area of the last remaining Collector Ship included in the DLC, which, by the way, you should definitely bring Javik the Prothean along if you have them.

The following picture shows some of the leaked multiplayer classes and races. One race that isn’t shown is the Prothean Adept and Vanguard. This DLC also, enables the ability for owners of the preorder and From Ashes DLC to find their DLC weapons in reinforcement packs.

All of that content, and this might as well be labelled an expansion.

I never understood why Udina was supposedly a good politician. He was an irritating, petty man who didn't even bother hiding his undesirable beliefs and mannerisms. He should've been a slick politician who hid his sliminess under a gleaming smile.

She was pretty hot this time. It has to be the letting her hair down thing, I like the long straight hair. She looked damn good in that lingerie too. Her face was pretty weird though but hey that's Bioware.

What happened if you load and play through every ending? only the first one counts?

also luckily i am starting my insanity run, will probably do the destruction ending.

Yup.

I honestly can accept a 'Shep dies' ending. I can accept a bad ending where everyone dies. I'd like there to be a happy ending if you work for it but mainly I'd like to know what happens with the other characters I care about. Fine, they land on a jungle what do they eat? Can Tali and Garrus eat the food here? Is there enough supplies on the ship? What happens to my other friends?

Even if it was all bad, I'd like to know. Sometimes leaving things ambiguous and open to interpretation works. Sometimes it's just a lazy out because you don't want to have to come up with a shit ton of different character resolutions.

Ya dug her big time. Thought she was pretty smoking. But also in combat she worked very well with my own weapons settings and character type. Really felt a huge amount of time when into showing the changes she had made and just making her more interesting and dynamic.

Have to ask Bioware that. I didn't record the conversations only her actions and watched her interactions with the alien crew.

But if you do ask them ask them where the real endings are too hahahahaha!

I can't imagine an anonymous leak on 4chan to be anything less than absolute truth, especially when it's talking about expansion sized content from BioWare and EA released completely for free!
