I don't wish any organization to go through what the Blazers have gone through the past 3 years. This is a signal the organization knows it's time for a new start.
Feels bad man. But it feels right.
It's not really a new start though. You still got Batum, L.M.A and Mathews still there. They're just getting some more support. If we hit home runs in this draft were going deep in the playoffs in the future.
And we needed a new voice. Nate deserved to leave. He was going to leave for the supersonics when they come back anyway, so he'll take a bit of a sabbatical. He's been through a lot with all the injuries and crap. While he was fired I'm sure he's happy to be in a new situation.
