-aliens/space jockey decided to flee/go to earth
-at this point the Prometheus ship decides to take down the alien ship by crashing into it

That whole thing is bullshit. Half the names listed in the cast are wrong, such as Guy Pearce's "Theo Zedmore" and the inclusion of Ben Foster (an old debunked rumor).
