Just took photos for this. For better or worse, here they are. I am in the middle of folding laundry, my wife just came in with groceries, and it is garbage day today, so you get a little bit of everything!
Looking directly at my desk. There is some Blu Ray organizing in progress as well as a stack of White Dwarf magazines I need to put away.
A wider shot of the right side looking at my set up. More of the same but you can see the extent of the DVD collection.
Here is a view looking at the setup from the side. You cannot really tell from my photos, but my wife has a mirrored set up next to me. You can see some of her various craft junk in a lot of my shots.
Left side, complete with part of my hot sauce collection I am dusting off at the moment. (They've been sitting there for a week, still not dusted!)
Center view. This is what I see and what I work with every day. Ipad 3 on the left (white), Ipad 2 (black) on the left, and my 4GS in the middle. I watch movies on the 3 and surf on the 2. There is a WoW Cataclysm Mouse, a Logitech G13 gamepad on the left, and a years old MS wireless keyboard I love and cannot justify replacing.
On the right you see my Logitech G35 headset, the controller for my Logitech Z5500 sound system, garbage from Culver's, and you get into where I paint my miniatures. The box of bullshit is all for my Ghostbuster's Halloween costume which is still a work in progress!
Underneath the right side is my Dremel and air brush that I use for miniatures. There is also a mini fridge full of Mnt Dew. Sorry, pretty dusty!
Here is the view to my left, which includes the majority of my movie collection, PC games, miniature paint/tools, and lots of board games on top of the shelves and also stacked on the lower left.
View behind me, or more like directly to my left as I am sitting. All yard and woods. It looks amazing in both summer and winter, but not in the in between stages, like today for instance!
This is the view looking ahead of me. Notice the laundry on the couch that I am folding as well as the heavy groceries I have yet to take upstairs because I am typing this. I warned you this was not pretty!
And just for fun, here are the pics I have over the couch.
All in all, I am really happy with the space I carved out for myself. My wife has a very similar set up right next to me. We do our hobbies together even though they are quite different hobbies. We also play WoW together. The space between our desks is cleared off and my wife makes finger foods that we snack on all day. She's pretty awesome.

Simple desk! Got the headphone stand idea from the headphone thread on OT. The Caloriemate is just for decoration. Two 3DS are for me and my wife so we can play Tetris and Mario Kart together. Beside those is a Vita; I'm looking to buy a dock for it soon so the cable doesn't keep dropping behind the desk.
I took the photo with my iPad 3, but it looks really grainy. Is it supposed to look that bad?
EDIT: Forgot to say, I just build a new desktop, but I've yet to upgrade my cruddy Dell monitor.

No need for them anymore. Most mice are optical these days.
I use them for getting better traction/not getting dirt on the bottom pads of the mouse.
They appear to be all bottles of hotsauce. If you need to ask why, then you still have some living to do!

on my old compaq laptop I ran OSX, Windows vista/xp and ubuntu, fun times indeed
Pretty much essential for work. Whenever I bring home my work laptop, it's a pain having one monitor to work with.

Addendum: Note that I also have another laptop flying around somewhere, and there's a desktop under the table. And I have a 360 as well.
The other laptop runs Debian exclusively (it's just a headless server (the screen's been teared off lol)), the desktop runs WinXP and Ubuntu. 2 variants of Ubuntu because of some dumb special necessities for realtime kernels.

If I'm reading your WoW character correctly, we're in the same guild.
I already posted my desk, it's just that the monitor was off and my laptop was closed. Not sure if it's really worth reposting. My work area is made of two plastic picnic tables from Sam's Club, and it feels weird posting it under some of the people with triple monitors and chairs made of gold.
