It's a swap of a 4th and a 6th for a 7th. I can understand why you want to downplay this hilariously horrendous trade though.

Only ignored it because its not clear how this is going to play out. His salary for next season is 1 million. If it's 6 million then whatever. I don't really give a shit, I think he'll be worth it.
He will be the best goal line option, the best option in short yardage situations, the best overall running back on the team and quite frankly probably the best quarterback.

This is what Sanchez has always needed in his career. He has literally never, ever had a backup QB breathing down his neck. The corpse of Mark Brunell has been the backup QB for a while now. Maybe a little pressure can get Mark to get real for once. And if not then he can ride the bench.
