Dual monitor GAF without matching monitors: HOW DO YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELVES?!
Well, people like me who use laptops - it's kinda inconvenient.

Extra monitor not doing anything. Might as well use it.

My all around work and play set-up. 22" Samsung monitor running from my 13" MBP, Hi-Fi separate system with Cambridge Audio amp and Mission speakers. Not pictured is my PS3 which won't hook up to my monitorThat's the only reason my Xbox is there at all. The birthday cards aren't a staple feature

Nothing special, hope to redesign soon. The monitors are not level in this photo, but I normally prop up the lower one

Since everyone seems to be digging the multi-monitor setups, here's where I spend the other 40% of my computing time...

I love these threads. Anyways, here's a cruddy picture:

Workin on a doodle in Photoshop. You may notice a small light shining below the bottom left side of my keyboard. That's where the Wacom tablet is underneath the table. I took it apart some time ago and mounted the circuit board to the bottom of the glass. This way I can draw directly on the table, and not only do I not have to have a huge tablet in my way, I don't have to deal with that shitty plastic texture on the tablet. Digital drawing on glass > all else.
Oh yeah, there's a Hori arcade stick in the picture, and a reference book for said doodle - ahem. Now I really need to do something about that blank wall space.[/QUOTE]
That sounds awesome. So, is the entire glass surface the drawing area, or just a small area the size of the surface on the tablet originally? And how difficult was it to do this?
You've given me an idea for a future project.
Heyyyyy, I made that! I'm so flattered~ <3 <3

I'm assuming you aren't talking about the stock Apple keyboard=P
The little one on the desk is just an M-Audio Axiom 25. You can see the keys from an M-Audio Prokeys 88 on the left. I don't use either of them that much, that's why they were relegated from the audio room into my video/photo room. They are pretty nice considering how cheap they are if you only need midi-controllers, the onboard instruments aren't that great.

And I had to give up trying to read at the desk:
