Change the properties? Come on
That didn't cook her alive?Btw it's fantastic to see that Metalbending has evolved; yet I do hope the Toph-tier type makes a return..

That shit was insane.
That didn't cook her alive?
They were just fireballs, they burnt out when they hit her. It's not a steady stream of heat like in an oven.
Hockey pads.Next people will ask why the benders in Pro-bending aren't on fire or cooked alive!
I wonder if they hold pro-bending matches on full moons. Waterbenders get to be OP for one night.
That didn't cook her alive?
Huh. I had no ideas the rules were laid out like that. They did think of everything!Wouldn't really matter considering they're only allowed to shoot someone with 1 second of water. I guess if that 1 second is four times as powerful than usual that would be something.

So when does the show actually start? When will we see episode 3?
Episode 1 and 2 on the 14th. Episode 3 on the 21st.
Episode 1 and 2 on the 14th of April. Episode 3 on the 21st.
Wait, episodes 1 and 2 are premiering together? Awesome.
BURBANK, Calif. – March 15, 2012 – The mythology of the beloved animated franchise from Avatar: The Last Airbender creators, Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, continues with the Nickelodeon premiere of The Legend of Korra on Saturday, April 14, at 11:00 AM (ET/PT), with a one-hour television event featuring back-to-back episodes.
I took that info from Wikipedia. It's usually accurate. It says both episodes are being shown on the 14th.
I never take Wikipedia as gospel unless there's a citation.
I literally just found that, so it's great that it's nice and confirmed for us. It's going to be tough waiting every week. If they show it every week. Didn't they air The Last Airbender a bit oddly in that regard?
I just found out that some fans apparantly upscaled TLA to 720p. It looses a bit of detail but really looks nice.
The last season was a big, BIG mess in that regard, yes. Hopefully they learned from it.

I was literally just looking at that. It's a shame how much quality is lost.
I need to see it in motion first. The screen comparisons are a bit worrisome though.
Welp, looks like Nicktoons Network just dropped a bomb on all the shipping fans with a rather spoilerish commercial. Not sure if I should be happy to have it all out of the way right now or not.

Amon's voice actor is Steve Blum. Oh mah gawd.

Got a link? Surely it's okay to post commercials.
The bigger spoiler is that perhaps someone was doingenergy bending in the second trailer. I think it was Amon.
Yup.Yeah, called it from a mile away in the fog.
They "hinted" Korra and Mako getting together about as subtly as a 10-ton anvil.
The eyes would've been glowing if that was what it was. I think it was something else.
