He's in Miami, and it's been reported all weekend that he's in contract talks with WWE, with some reports saying he's already signed.

There are also reports that the WWE wants to do another year long build like they did Cena vs Rock, so it makes sense for something to happen tonight to lead to an announcement tomorrow night.
