Nah I hear ya. I'm impressed by the little victories that consoles still squeeze out, and I'm sure the average console player would still be amazed. As a PC gamer nothing really impresses me these days. It's all about game content and art design for me.

But im still longing for next gen to come for already 2 years now. And now that i have a gaming rig even more.

Ha, I can't speak on gears, but I played Killzone 3 and I thought it looked like shit. Most blatant use of illusion to spice up a games graphics. But everything sticks out like a sore thumb.
