I think the armour is a big step up from Reach's. Of course I'm switching out that helmet ASAP.
Don't like the HUGE clips or thrusters or whatever they have on their backs. Looks especially goofy with the jetpack thing sticking out on Sarge.

I think that anyone expecting it to be leaps and bounds ahead of Reach graphically will be disappointed. I'm in no doubt that it is going to look damn good from what we've seen, but to be honest I'm still impressed by Reach's graphics and anything above mere refinement will be a pleasant and very welcome surprise to me.
Still though, we don't play Halo games to stand around in one spot and talk to each other, I'm more interested in how the game looks in motion.

With superior Mark VI armor; I like that. And the RvB shorts are not selling me on the default MP armor either.
Yeesh. 343i's artistic take for Halo's multiplayer (and some part of 4's campaign from the screenshots) are not sitting well with me. :/

I'd use any reason I'd use any trick just to spend my loose change on a fist sized ice cream cone at dicks. I'm not really a huge fan of the armor, but I'm guessing it's default and supposed to give you incentive to earn those spartan points to change your gear out. I thought the graphics looked really sharp, personally. Even if you don't like the armor, the colors, or the lighting, the spartans really pop.

Personally I find those RvB videos obnoxiously unfunny, and having it take place in Halo 4 didn't change that for me. In fact it made it worse because all we want is some multiplayer gameplay footage, and instead 343i spends time commissioning these, largely pointless videos.

Looks like the art style retains Reach's chunkiness - probably a necessity due to all the customization - but with a cleaner look than Reach. It has Halo 3's shininess and Reach's detail. I like.
