Dull as fuck fight, Rashad pretty much gave up after those elbows. It seems like Machida is the only person who had any real success against this guy.

Up next, Hendo.

Such a boring assed fight.
Fuck Rashad Evans.
Half way through the fight after the elbows he decided to go for the personal victory of going the distance.
Fuck Jones because it seemed like he was barely even trying for alot of the fight

I'm pretty damn surprised Rashad lasted this long. Props to him for that, but jesus. What's up with little guys staying so far away from bigger guys.

The onus was on Rashad to press the action. Jones was nowhere near as defensive as GSP in his title defenses. You can't expect a guy who is way ahead on the cards to drop all of his guard and go for nonstop headkicks. Jones was aggressive enough to dominate all fight. He didn't fight safe, he fought smart.

Jones haters always gotta try to find a way to hate on him. After the Shogun fight you literally had people criticizing Jon Jones for being too big and having too long a reach. They were criticizing him for his physical advantages, lol.

Boring for all MMA fans

Evans quite the fight after 2nd round IMO

Not really Jones' fault he's a severe mismatch for everyone he faces.

As somebody who only watched one fight ever before tonight I enjoyed this fight. It was tense as hell even if it was obviously one-sided. It was pretty stupid of him to let his guard down at the end though.

Imagine you tried to come at me and I had a broomstick to swing at you. You are going to stay back, or get hit. Simple as that.

As a MMA casual viewer is so entertaining watching Jones fight.

I dont know anything about his personality or beef with Rashad but when he is in the cage its awesome.

The same Henderon that barely beat a guy that Jones dominated (Rua)? Actually, now he's a bit older. Yeah, sure.

The beat goes on for the Jones haters. I would root for Dan, just because he's a vet who deserves a belt and a chance to go out on top. I don't think he would have much of a shot, but it would be more entertaining that Rashad.

I agree however if you pay even slightest attention you will start to hate Jones.

But perhaps it because of how much class some of the other fighters bring to the sport like GSP.

The reach is just too much to deal with, you can't even catch a little breather because Jones can hit you from so far away.

I thought it was a good fight. Jones always seems to have some nervousness going in and then he just opens up. Rashad landed some solid shots and survived 5 rounds, props to him.
Only good fight was future WW CHAMP RORY beating Che like he stole something.
If only GSP fought like that, amirite?

That fight sucked. Congrats, Rashad, you lasted 25 minutes boring the fuck out of everyone. Not a single throw from Jones and only the bullshit pretend takedowns at the end of rounds. Nothing interesting at all about that fight. No finish attempts, unless you count that short elbow Jones didn't follow up on for whatever reason or the supposed standing guillotine. Rashad was completely outclassed and they just wasted everybody's time with a made-up rivalry.

I was looking forward to a terrible fight. Guess that's what happens when you have 2 wrestlers fight each other. Evans threw predictable take downs.

There will probably be a rematch, if Jones doesn't leave lhw.

Garbage fight.

People are seriously saying that fight was boring?

Spoiled people who probably need a MMA break, or amateurs. I mean it was one sided, but Jones hit some good shots, props to Rashad for not going lights out on some of those. At least it wasn't a 'lay on someone for 5 rounds' type of shit.

Too many WWE fans here. That was an excellent MMA fight, and was very entertaining.

The reason why I liked it so much was because either man could have finished each other at any second.
