Haly, looking at your U/B spirits deck and I got to say, Honor of the Pure really isn't interchangeable with Intangible Virtue in that deck. All your stuff except your Captain and Monk are tokens! Vigilance! It's the new wave!

Vapor Snag takes a dump on almost any creature, so fucking what.
You cast it again, they will not counter it because of the Cavern so you cast it and attack with the other one when you do.
It is NOT a bit fucking deal.

If they want to waste a snapcaster on a vapor snag, fantastic.

The danger of course is that you overcommit to an attack; Silverheart gets snagged and your soulbonded creature get swallowed by blockers.
And there goes Bonfire winning another match. I gotta say - I really liked Levy's deck better just for the awesome factor of resurrecting swarms upon swarms of dudes.
OK.. um.. here is my attempt back again to do a weenie(Human)/direct damage deck. Im still not familiar with the majority of the cards so most of these are from the latest set. Any help /pointers, even telling me to scrap the silly idea is fine:

I used to play 4 colour back in the day(no black) but i used to have all dual lands and all the other fun stuff to help out the massive weenie influx. So an ideas/improvements would be appreciated. One thing im forseeing is running out of cards in my hand, which i had the newer wheel of fortune in.. but it was a hefty casting cost and doesnt mean it will always come up when i need it. So maybe i rather have something else that will give me the ability to pick up cards at a steady rate.

That is why you never rely on one creature, especially with green or white.
You make them choose what to snag or go for the throat or whatever they are using, and still punish.

I have this secret hope that they ban Snapcaster in standard as the Titans rotate out just to shake things up.
It's showing up a lot in Block. (But people don't understand that Block!=Standard and so it's going up in price today.)

Ya, people were telling me that they don't want to trade until after this tour to see how prices stick but it's not standard so it really shouldn't affect prices much at all.

I found it a lot of fun when I did it last week. I can definitely see how the set would look boring to draft though, I just know that everyone in my group had a good time.

A lot of it is fear of Miracles. The power level between the colors seems pretty lopsided too.
I could definitely be wrong. I won't get a chance to draft it until it hits MTGO, so I'll hold off on being too judgmental until then.

I know going into the pre-release I thought that white was going to be so dominant that there wouldn't be many interesting strategies, but that was definitely wrong.

Dunno, I think the only weak color is black... R/W and G/B are both awesome combos and other things in between but those two I went 4-0 and 3-1 and were high ranking. Black is ok, if you have the rares to support it but is the only color I'm sad about using.

Ok, I changed my deck. I got rid of all the Coalition Victory stuff, added some cheap cards to assist my combos, swapped from green to blue and traded mana ramping for counterspells and the deck is only 37 bucks!
All cards are under 1.25, all mana costs 4 or less

In an early incarnation of the deck I ran 4 Honor of the Pures and 4 Intangible Virtues.
I prefer Honor if for no other reason than to make my Drogskol shockproof but Intangible Virtue probably is better.
You could also go with Favorable Winds if you really wanted

The only thing I dislike about my Frites deck is the mana, too often stuff comes in tapped and slows me down a lot.
In some decks maybe but using strictly like this is the same as the misuse of literally.
