Canada Cup wants "country on country" 5v5? Well you all know there was two EU teams last year - so maybe split that into a UK and French team?
If so, for France I'd hope to see Cuongster, Luffy and Alioune. UK wise is very difficult as outside London it's hard to gauge SF4 skill. But if you were to talk only London, and only SF4:

There's good SF4 players elsewhere in the country, but Scotland is the land of Skullgirls, the SW is the land of 3S, Manchester is big into KOF/Marvel... certainly for the most experienced SF4 players I'd lean towards those five.
