YES. THIS!! The Ray of Frost is fuckin' AMAZING against single targets...especially boss mobs.

The Arcane Orb's AoE damage is also ridiculous. USE IT!! I always play in parties, so there's always some tanker drawing the mobs. The Arcane Orb clears them pretty well.

The loot isn't better but it's hardly about bragging rights. It's a completely different experience. It isn't for everyone, but you should still try it at least once.

Playing Hardcore with shaky servers is the true HC.

Im done after about 7 hours none stop. Nearly done with act 2 on my Monk. Currently level 23 after about 8 1/2 hours total. How people completed this in less than 5 hours on a first run through I dont know.

Act 1 boss was awesome, act 2 cut scene was awesome, level 23 monk is awesome. Games awesome dudes.

Can someone explain the two framerate options to me. Never played a Diablo game before and just curious as to what I should set these at. My monitor's max frame rate is 60fps, but when setting both to 60 the in-game monitor shows 50fps.

The 10 items at a time thing on the AH is fucking killing my productivity. Almost ever single piece of loot sells on there for more then what a vendor would give, but it just doesn't sell fast enough compared to the rate I'm getting it. Maybe I should stack +gold gear instead.

Dark Souls was well into OT2 (or 3?) before the game was even released

It actually took 4 days after the NA launch. This was at around 18K with the meltdowns of the game releasing, so it's definitely the fastest an OT2 was ever reached.

Yep. I hold on to (for alts), or AH the Yellow identified low level items. Blue low levels I DE.
