A lot of people are having this problem. It's even better because the artisans are account wide, so you can't delete your characters and redo it.
lol yeah... that's overkill. I usually got for 10k buyout and most don't sell for that high. I have a legendary set for 18k in the market right now. Still hasn't been sold which makes me think most people don't even search legendary items and just look for rares.

Woah really? I'm playing a witch doctor as well, act3 normal at the moment.
On normal I'm tearing everything apart, but mana is always super tight, I can see it being a huge problem once enemy hitpoints get buffed.

CE ones are infinite; the rest are single use as far as I know.

Blizz said you can solo all difficulties but it will be skill and gear dependant. You will need Nightmare Tier stuff to survive well in Hell etc.

Yeah, since each area is randomly generated. Was the same in D2 unless you did single player.
The map for many zones will be different every time you go through it, and you will be able to access different dungeons each time you go through an open area, so.. yes

Hell Yes. Work is killing me right now. And I have to mow grass tonight. And my gf wants to make a nice dinner tonight, and all I want to do is go home grab a quick bowl of cereal and some snacks and play D3. Gonna be a late night for certain (as long as the servers stay online...)

If its like the second game the map is regenerated so not everything is in the same location.
Really - I played 3 hours last night and did not get 1 rare item - my luck must suck.
I did not have a single drop of those until I started playing on Nightmare. So I guess that's when.
Convert your gf and you've eliminated one part of the problem.

This drives me up the wall. I had preplanned the order of my characters because of this. Of course upgrading to the CE screwed it up, you have to make an entirely new character, even if they were all level 1, to get the CE items on a character after upgrading. I really hope they fix that and it doesn't take years like in WoW.
Yep, I suspect everyone has this issue, bugs some more than others. There are two issues here. The first is when starting a new game, every new asset that loads, stutters the game. Blizzard had confirmed on their forums that it was fixed in the retail client, they lied. The second stuttering you see, actually didn't start happening a lot till the last couple of patches in the beta. No known way to fix it, hopefully Blizzard gets off their asses and fixes it.
This is extremely annoying. This stutter didn't exist till the last couple of patches. The only way I've sorta dealt with it was actually playing in fullscreen windowed, then alt tabbing when it starts happening and bam fixes it for a few minutes anyway.
I've tried WHQL drivers and beta drivers for Nvidia, no change in performance. It's the shitty engine the game is on.
It's more than likely not you. Just kept the frame limiters off in the video section, and vsync on or the stuttering gets worse.
Testing this right now, would be a god send if it actually works.

I'm starting to think +dmg on rings/amulets is gonna get nerfed pretty quick. A 2-4 ring on my Demon Hunter is far better than I think it was 24 dexterity one. Unless the real benefits for the dex version not showing up in the dps section.

I consider myself lucky if I don't encounter vampiric buffed mobs, w/c im not
