That's funny since The Incredibles is one of the best super hero movies made. It was what a Fantastic Four movie should have been.

People compare Dark Knight and Avengers because of their comic book origins.

And both are fairly faithful to what their depiction is in the source medium. Nolan's Batman only to certain aspects maybe, but it uses the concepts in the batverse and gives it a grounded feel which is fine, because Bats can lend to that.

They are predictable because he has a story to stick too, but the twists (if any) will come from his own alterations to the story - which he presumably has been given permission from DC and WB to do.

But they are much darker against most of the superhero films. But then again, dark in this context is a subjective term.

I've just been re-watching Batman Begins and there's always one scene that bothers me. It's the scene with the woman introducing Ra's al Ghul to Bruce at his birthday party. She doesn't seem to find any of the exchange of dialogue at all strange or weird (ie an incredulous or confused look). It's minor, but it gets to me.
