I don't mind the voice...but the delivery is goofy. He sounds like a comical evil scientist rather than a brute rebellion leader.

I found this 30 second spot more intriguing than the full trailer because, unlike the trailer, it actually focuses a little bit on the arc of the movie and gives us a proper look at Bruce Wayne and gives a hint of his arc - i.e. "I need you to get me back in the game". The best trailers are either those that give you a good, inspiring look at the story, and why you should care about characters, or hit at the other end of the spectrum, such as the initial Prometheus trailers which were just cut really well and showcased terrific imagery. The Skyfall teaser falls into the latter category, too.
