Is there actually a need for a reason? A better question to ask is how they managed to stay afloat for so long. There's no reason for me to be happy about livelihoods being destroyed, but PZ has been a stain in the FGC for far too long.

I played this some last saturday. You know the game isn't fucking around when the screen shakes on every counter hit... which is something that happened a lot when you suck at the game.
