Someone just told me the Monster Fighters sets won't be out in Australia until August.

When does it go OOP?
My wife is going back to work next week (our second child is going into day care) and I should *really* get her something nice as a gift. Then I should go buy the Fire Brigade for myself because I am a jerk.
Many thought it would be OOP now. There's no telling, but if it follows normal rules of the previous modulars, it will be this year sometime. When does it go OOP?

I was going to go to the KC opening on Sat, but I have no desire to get up that early and wait in line that long. I'll get there later on. If they still have some sets, I'll grab one for you.
shopforme.com.au has some of the new 2012 SW sets up, but listed as "sold out" (probably a pre-listing of sorts).
Sith Fury-Class Interceptor 140AUD
The Malevolence 180AUD
Republic Striker-class Starfighter 80AUD
Jabba's Palace 200AUD, which seems el RETARDO, going on the box image
Desert Skiff 50AUD
I had a look on the weekend and the shelves were bare, people went nuts in the toy sale!
Just ended up buying some NERF guns at 20% off.
You mean the SW sets after the Y-wing, TIE Fighter, and X Wing that came out in January. Right? The SW sets this year are such a letdown. Pinning all my hopes on the UCS B-Wing.

Yes, true, those are good. And I quite like the UCS R2. Just really disappointed by the very high ratio of prequel/clone wars shit to REAL Star Wars stuff. And the Jabba sets look very disappointing. You mean the SW sets after the Y-wing, TIE Fighter, and X Wing that came out in January. Right?

Pics? The two Old Republic sets look pretty cool. They're pretty solid ship designs that seem like nice-sized builds.
I was browsing Flickr looking at all the great micro scale sets people have put together and I found a few that I really love.
Go check out the microscale section at MOCpages for some mind-fucking.
And surely he will make an exception for the Fury Class Interceptor, right?!

The Fellowship of the Ring
what sets did you buy to get all of the Fellowship?
what sets did you buy to get all of the Fellowship?
9469, 9470, 9472, 9473 will get you the Fellowship. EDIT: What the Dr said.
I think you would need to get "Gandalf Arrives", "Attack of Weathertop", "Mines of Moria", and "Shelob Attacks" to get all nine.

Sopwith all the way.
As Marty said, Sopwith. That is a no brainer.
Which would Snoopy buy?
Yeah, $89.99 is a friggin' lot to ask for the Furys. If it were $79.99, I'd be there on day one.
I'd rather save up an extra $60 for the Fire Brigade.
Ha. $10 means the difference between "a friggin' lot" and "there on day one"? Whack, bro. It's Lego. Throw your cares/money away!
I'd rather wait on an Amazon discount.
There ya go! Join us in the modular love! One of us! One of us!Yeah, $89.99 is a friggin' lot to ask for the Furys. If it were $79.99, I'd be there on day one.

So my girlfriend went home this past weekend and found that an old high school friend owns green grocer. She nearly died with jealousy. It looks like our big lego purchase for the summer will be Fire brigade.
Also, we negotiate a deal to allow ourselves one large lego purchase every 10 weeks. There are going to be some bitter bitter custody battles if this relationship ever goes south, and I will look like an asshole for stealing medieval market village(it was a birthday present from her parents).
Clearly the way to go about this would be to make the breakup so traumatic that she can no longer bear the sight of legos.
My girlfriend knows I go on GAF and might know my username, so to cover my ass: If you stalk me and are reading this: I swear that was a hypothetical and an attempt at humor.
