Watch Dogs and 1313 is why i'm hear. I want to hear fight over how good it all looks and if anyone will insist they aren't next gen or something. I love conflict!

His issue is with teams overlapping to churn out annual titles for the same brand. Clearly AssCreed 3 has had extensive polish (it's probably the most impressive game I've seen that's due this fall) but he's got a legit case to make about oversaturation for a franchise that isn't a "this is the only game I'll play this year" title like COD.
 
Am I the only one that liked the new Splinter Cell demo? + what the devs said on the mini interview on GTTV.

I hate that literally every game genre that remotely involves guns is turning into a cover-based TPS. Stealth game? Well there are guns. Make it like Gears/Uncharted. Tomb Raider? That game's got guns, right? Drop into cover and shoot dudes, then! Dead space? Who gives a shit about horror? Now it's coop so you can bro it up while shooting at dudes from behind crates.

It's fucking terrible.

Splinter Cell used to be about finding the most efficient and silent way around an area to complete objectives without being detected. Now it's about doing the occasional stealth kill while marking dudes for auto aim executions and running into an area and taking out five armed guys in four seconds, then calling for air support so your UAV can blow up a machine gun.
