As far as i understood it the whole system is browser based. So you can enter it from every browser enabled device.

i guess there will be an app for 3ds but it will be browser based. Just like the wii shop channel.

I think there will be some built-in 3DS implementation -- maybe akin to a browser, but hopefully more integrated with the system than that.

Nevertheless, we do know that Miiverse is planned for "any web-enabled mobile device" so clearly there is at least some browser implementation going on here. It sure looked more like an iOS app in that skit though. Maybe they will have that too? I dunno.

This games are a given since all of them where showed yesterday, so only 3 First Party and 4 Third party for a total of 7 games for an hour of presentation. Thats more than 8 minutes and half per game.
Do you really believe that they will spend that much time to show only those games.

I really expect something MORE will be shown today.

I don't think there will be NSMB2, Luigi's Mansion and Paper Mario. They've already shown their trailers, even NMSB2 trailer is available in eShop, and their demos are playable right now on booth floor. I'm expecting new informations about these games. Like, I don't know if anybody noticed this, but NSMB2 has Nintendo Network logo on the box. I predict that DLC levels will be announced today.

I think just opposite. They will fill some time having presentations for each with actual walkthroughs of the big three games. Don't doubt time will also be spent on Nintendo network as well.

Things I want to see:

- a discussion about changes made to the 3DS/Eshop that will enable us to link our purchases to us instead of our hardware

- Professor Layton

- More puzzle games. The DS had so many awesome puzzle games. I have an 18 slot Nintendo Rewards game holder thats filled with practically nothing but puzzle games for the DS

- Luigi's Mansion. I couldnt care less about New Super Mario Bros. The first two bored the shit outa me, but for some reason I can't wait to see more of Luigi's game.

- Would love to see a surprise appearance by a portable Pikmin game. Seems like 3DS would suit that series incredibly well

- A release date for Picross E (it's been translated, release the damn thing. Me being selfish).

- 3DSXL

...but given that they don't yet have trailers up for Paper Mario, Luigi's Mansion, Castlevania, or Epic Mickey, that wouldn't seem to leave room for an abundance of new announcements. :-/

No I love 2D platformers but right from the initial stills this has seemed lacking to me.
The charm, beauty and atmosphere of the 16-Bit Mickey titles seems entirely absent, replaced by this sparse, clinical looking bore.
Even Mickey's design seems off.
I know it's ridiculous to judge on a handful of stills and few seconds of footage (E3 plus the Warren Spector interview snippets from Direct) but I am entirely underwhelmed.
When I heard it was a 2D platformer with hand drawn backdrops based on Castle of Illusion I almost fainted, but that doesn't seem like what we're going to end up with at all

Was looking forward to watching this, until I noticed it would be 3 AM where I live Will have to catch-up tomorrow...

That said, Paper Mario looked amazing. The sticker aspect sounds nice, but it doesn't feel very different from learning skills and putting them on your slot to use. It's just a different way of dressing it up along with adding minor additions to it, like using stickers in the field as well. So I don't see how it's weak and aimed at 15 year old girls...

New Super Mario Bros. 2 looked fun, but again, it's generic and playing it very safe. Nintendo needs to be more careful with how fast they're milking these 2D Mario games. I'm thinking to myself 'Again? So soon?' instead of 'WOOHOOO! Day one!'.

Luigi's Mansion 2 looks fine and it's a definitive day 1.

I hope they'll show more games besides the ones we've seen, and share some surprises.
