I completed a mechanical engineering degree and have worked on some very complex designs in my work and this Magic stuff is still giving me trouble. I feel like an idiot. humbled.
I think this is the kind of game that you need to play to understand the mechanics. hearing the basics is not the same.

you know, with jeff wanting somebody on staff who was really into things the rest of them seemingly aren't, rorie seems like a good candidate. wasn't he usually the one to do QLs of MMOs and other kind of more "niche" level titles?

5 people is already too much. I doubt they'd hire yet another personality for the podcast. Of course, I didn't think they'd initially make Patrick a bombcast regular either, so what do I know?
They could shuffle it more, I would be okay with that.
Honestly, my selfish dream is that they stick to hiring behind the scenes people, like video producers and stuff and keep the 5 personalities as they are. I like the feel of the site being that tight knit small crew, I think you'd lose some of that if you start hiring more and more personalities.

Simple solution, split the cast and have 2 podcasts.
One with Vinny, Rorie, Ryan, Jeff and Brad
and the other with Pat.
Everyone's a winner.
Now I remember why I dodge this thread usually.
Nah, Klepek at least plays games. Ryan's the one who I feel like rarely has anything exciting to talk about when it comes to that segment.

Ryan is always in host mode.
