Showing as free to me, the price drop is still not updated on Appshopper though.

Yep, it seems to be the new app of the week. Freemyapps gave me around $20 in App store credit, and I have a $100 credit card being sent to me from Apple... but I'm so addicted in waiting for apps to go free that spending real monies isn't a lot of fun.

I wish Densha de Go! was available on the US store... that's a game I'd buy in a heartbeat though.

Zombie HQ is a good freemium game. Reminds me a lot of that Judge Dredd game. Grindy if you don't want to pay, but core gameplay is fun with shotguns.

So are the packs in Outwitters mostly cosmetic? Just 1 really unique unit per team?

These guys supported the shit out of Tilt to Live, so giving them a few bucks for long term support seems fine by me... anyone have an idea how discounted the packs are right now?

I might dish out for the £1.99 pack. Makes sense since you get all packs and each one individually is £1.49. Unless if there's a pricing mistake.

edit: I think we're in the same team Benjamin. I'm red

Dang, this game is really fast paced since it limits your options. Instead of really pondering moves, since classes can only do a few things it's very "You do this, you do this, you do this, and you do this. GO!"

VERY different play style than Hero Academy, which is great news I think.

I know it's already been said but Air Mail is so great. I feel bad that I only spent 99 cents on this game. Beautiful and controls great

Yep, very good, because I grew to hate laboring through Hero Academy.

I tried Hero Academy but couldn't get into it. It was so monotone and boring.

Outwitters is pretty as hell and is actually interesting.

In my opinion the main difference between the two is that Hero Academy is more like a card or board game and Outwitters is a turn based strategy game.

I don't want to say Hero Academy is like chess and Outwitters is like checkers, so I'm just not going to say anything. ;D

I think what you were actually trying to say was Hero Academy is like Chutes & Ladders and Outwitters is like Candy Land. Whereas Summoner Wars is the chess-like game.

Of course this is all conjecture because I still can't download Summoner Wars:(
