Contrary to popular belief, Seth's regular fierce DP does more chip damage than his EX DP. Poongko still made the wrong decision though, he should have gone for Ultra 2 chip. I'm pretty sure Sakura doesn't have a move that can escape it.

That's wasn't Mr.Karate. There are two different versions of Kyo, Iori, and Takuma(the character that Bala was using).

karate is a way better of a already pretty good character (takuma). mainly they have different style of neutral game. thing in common is that they will both kill you if they touch you.
