yes its one of the worst netcodes out of the big games. They patched it a few months back but that didn't change much.

Nice, what program are you using to rip the feed?

Orbit Downloader. Then PotPlayer to extract screen shots from the flv. Then JASC Animation Shop to make the gif.

There are probably faster a simpler ways (just look at SunhiLegend), but that's the only way I know how to do it. =P
