Image info. Long story short, I injured my rotator cuff in April 2011 pitching as Freshman in college. After over a year of hard work and rehab, I finally threw my first *real* bullpen the other day. I will be able to play again this fall, and the long journey feels like it has finally paid off.
Not like that! More gym for me.

Dont feel bad, man. At least you get comments when u post a pic. The only time Ive ever even been noticed is when I wasnt wearing a shirt :lol.
Plus a lot of other peoples pics look like they could pass for being done by a professional.
Go for 3 miles man. I was super out of shape and I've just been forcing myself to go that extra distance the past few weeks. Now it's starting to feel really great and I'm thinking about going longer.
I run a mile a day as is and with the weather being nice I usually add another mile or so on a bike. I haven't hit the gym in close to 8 yrs because I'm not one for weight lifting since I hurt myself playing baseball. I wear a 20lb weighted vest and do pullups for now.
Ah, you're fine then, doing better than I am even.
I'm actually looking to gain weight. I lost weight following highschool and stopping my baseball workouts since they required me to eat and drink too many protein shakes. Looking to gain 30lbs or so over the next yr.
