Not really. He is a journalist on a video game website. That is it. You don't need to know, or care about the ins and outs of his personal life. It has no relevance on us as video game fans. Lets face it would any journalists care if GAF members were going through a tough time? Nope.

The problem is that some people get caught up in the cult of personality of journalists on sites. Sometimes acting as if they are buddies and they know them. I just don't get that connection.
