Out of the seats available which would you say are the best, booking for 3 people. I've only ever had premium seats for IMAX, which was 3 years ago, so I'm not sure whether the seats available are adequate or not. Only reason I'm asking is I might have to go on Saturday and these are the only seats available in IMAX.

Yeah the end of TDK is quite long with two-face and the Joker final plan, but the moment where Jim Gordon define who is Batman is just great.

I must be in the minority because I really cringe at the end speech, it breaks the 4th wall for me, feels completely out of place

Batman begins, in my opinion, was always the better film, structurally, tonally and much better paced than TDK which didnt have the best third act. I really cant think of a glaring flaw with BB.

I hated Batman's costume in Batman Begins, which I consider a major flaw. It was inflexible and somehow more ridiculous looking than the more practical Dark Knight costume. He couldn't move his fat neck so he had to turn his entire body, and everytime he tried to be brooding (for example when he first meets Rachel as Batman on the railing next to the train and tries to look badass but doesn't) it just takes me out of the otherwise fantastic film. I hated it everytime he tried to cover himself with the cape as well, it just looked ridiculous. And yes, I realize this is a guy in a Bat costume, but it just was too much for me.

I would clone my dicks

I like the way you think.

How did you survive the 10 billion other monologues in the film?

It makes me cringe every time. Didn't help that the third act was all over the place. Still a good ending but it didn't leave a great taste in my mouth the first time I saw the movie.

For me the most impressive monologue I've ever seen and heard in my life. One of the best way to end a movie, The PERFECT conclusion.

To each their own, I dont want to come off as a Dark Knight hater i loved the film for 2/3rds of it and happily watch it again, but ill skip over the last third around the hospital scene.

I agree that the 3rd act was perfectible, fortunately it appears that Nolan have made some improvement for this last episode.

someone who had been following the spoiler scene said he knew nothing of those spoilers so i tossed it off as someone being a jerk

I don't even recognize any of those names.

sounds like your blah blah blah blah

Yeah, referring to Batman, the way Batman threw himself after her. It doesn't indicate that he knew Bruce Wayne cared about her.

Yeah well wait what? I thought the question was HOW did the Joker know Batman would go after Rachel.

I was answering that question. And I still stand by my answer which is the Joker didn't know nor care who Batman was. He just knew he would go after Rachel no matter what based on the fact he threw himself after her earlier.

I think Bane cares. I think that what Selina is referring two, if Gotham finds out there savior is just a playboy then they would turn on him.

He knew Bruce Wayne was Batman.

They didn't start writing TDKR until after TDK came out. Heath died before TDK came out. Don't know how you can say that.

Yeah Heath died before TDK came out, but long after the movie had been written and shot; i.e. after it had already been decided that Dent would both become Two-Face and die within the movie. The idea for making saving Dent's downfall for the end of TDK, then making him the main villain of a third movie with Joker serving in a Hannibal-type role, was obviously scrapped before production on TDK began since the movie obviously did not end up following that story (or at least, that ending).

It doesn't even matter that he knew he'd go after Rachel. The point of flipping the addresses is that whomever Batman wants to save, Joker has made it so that's the person Batman won't get to.

Batman would throw himself like that for anybody. He's Batman.

Then again, "I don't have to save you" so maybe he might let a bad guy slide if it's not REALLY his fault

I don't think he did know did he? I thought Rachel was chosen because she was assistant DA and dents main squeeze.

He didn't think batman would go after her, he assumed he'd go after dent so he mixed the addresses around.

I always thought it was implied that at first he thought it was Dent because of the way he jumped after Rachel. He then tests to see who else it could be by sending him after Rachel and then when it's switched and confirmed he went after her, he kind of knows it's Bruce. But by then he doesn't care, just having too much fun with Batman.

It's probably the case he doesn't know, but I don't think it's out of the question he does. He just doesn't care. It's like that Gordon comic from earlier.

Joker didn't care. Either or one of them has to die.

But he knew from the moment Batman threw himself after Rachel earlier in the movie that WHOEVER Batman is, he loves Rachel. That is why he actually believes Dent is Batman, since Dent is in love with her. But by that moment it doesn't matter to him who Batman really is. He just knows he has him by the balls, that he wants to save both (for diff reasons), and no matter what he does the wrong person will be saved.

I still don't get how you assume Joker finds out Bruce is Batman after realizing its not Dent?

That's quite a stretch. Joker only found out its not Dent but that whoever is Batman cares for Rachel too.
